"My 16yr old son ordered a speaker. After he had order’s it and I got the invoice I immediately emailed then about the mistake with the comment "DO NOT SHIP" and gave them the correct product number. The next morning I tried to call them and email them and in the first 3 hour that they were open and before my order was even shipped I had left over 6 voice mails and sent email to their sales. customer service and live service email. They went ahead a deliberately ignored my request and shipped it any how and just wanted me to spend another $200 on the speaker I told them I wanted. The original speaker was not even shipped until a full day after I had tried everything to correct. Ben did finally return my email and all he would say is SORRY and he's going to shipped the wrong item anyway because that’s we had paid for it. He could care less if it was the right item or not. Their prices are good but there is other with very similar prices that I will and highly recommend you also buy form. Their live chat is never working and after 6-8 voice mails NO ONE HAS EVEN tired to contact me. BEAWARE !!!!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and Ben is no help."

The product had actually shipped before you called us even though the UPS tracking # did not update until the next day. We offered to take the speaker back for you and send you the one you should have ordered. We do want you to be happy and to get the items you really want. The last thing we want to do is to pay UPS to ship to you, then back to us, then back to you again. No business can afford to do that especially at the prices we sell our products at. They still have not refunded me the money for the bad Amplifier. I received the Amplifier and a day later I emailed them for an RA # under 122919835. Have had no luck in them getting back to me about my refund. Please advise. I attached the last email I received from Ben. He told me the refund is around $235.92. HELP!!!

"COMPLETELY NOT SATISFIED with their customer service. I ordered an iPod2car interface (ISGM73) for my Chevy Blazer 2002 factory radio on Dec 08 2008, on Dec 16 2008 I asked for a return authorization because the item was not compatible with my Chevy blazer factory stereo.
A week later and after a couple of email on Dec 22 2008 I finally got the RA#. Followed all the instruction on how to return the item given to me on that email, send it back for a REFUND on Dec 24 2008 with delivery confirmation, it was delivered on Dec 29 2009.
On Jan 06 2009 I was told by the "customer representative Ben" through their live chat: "Your return is being processed this week". "Sorry for the delay" and ended the chat sessions without letting me ask anything else.
On Feb 06 2009 a month later and again after several emails "my customer service representative Ben" told me: "Returns were checked in today. We will be sending replacements out tomorrow". When he clearly told me a month ago that it was being processed and I was very clear on my RA that I returned the item for a REFUND NOT A REPLACEMENT.
Since then I've been trying to contact them by phone, emails, and live chat without any answers. It’s been almost two months now and I haven't seen a credit (REFUND) on my credit card.
I definitely not recommend this company to anybody.
I know you send the exact item I ordered and the transaction was quick I know, and it’s all good as far that part of the transaction. What I'm still not happy with is the refund part. And yes it’s been not 1 month but 2 months now, as per my U.S postal Service delivery confirmation receipt that shows it was delivered on Dec 29 2008,because I still haven't seen I credit on my credit card statements which I check every day hoping to see the refund. So I don’t know why you state the refund was made as soon as the item was checked in. Also when you emailed me last Tuesday Feb 24 2009 saying you have reopened up my claim ticket and I will be refunded.

Once that happened we issued a refund right away. We can not control the fact that you ordered the wrong part. We have a 1-800# to help with tech support ect. I am not sure why you state that it took 1 month for a refund. It did take 1 month from time you placed order until the items was received here but the refund was made a soon a the item was checked in to be made sure was complete return. "i wrote a review before i got to talk to anybody about my situation, which i shouldnt have. When i actually got to talk to a customer service manager, i could tell they really care about their customers. i judged them on what i thought not what was actually fact. my item was not sent back by them, it was sent back by fedex. now you even offered me to have UPS pick up the broken sub and send me a new one so i dont have to pay to ship it back, thats awesome and i appriciate it. ive purchased 2 items from HIFI sound and now that i know that they didnt do anything wrong at all, this is what i have to say about there company. they really care about keeping customers and doing whatever possible to make them satisfied. probably the fastest shipping time ive ever recieved shopping online. people reading this, if you need electronics and want them at low prices plus fast shipping HIFI is definatly the way to go.

"I ordered a custom sealed box for my 97 Tacoma. It is a good box. Only CON I found was the shipping was not to good on the box. It was just thrown in a card board box. There was some small damage. I also wish someone would make a ported box just like this sealed one. There is no such thing as a ported custom box for my truck at all."
