"I ordered a subwoofer box for my Chevy Avalanche and when it came, it didn't fit by an inch and a half. It is extrememly difficult to actually speak to a customer service rep. I called several times and kept getting transferred and then the rep would disconnect my calls. Several days after emailing them, I finally received communication and they wouldn't do anything to make it right. So, not only didn't it fit, but customer service was severly lacking. I will never order from this site again nor would I recommend it to anyone. "

"HIFI Sound sucks! I ordered a sub box for my son for Christmas and the dimensions of the box that arrived were not the same as the dimensions of the one I had ordered. The box I ordered was supposed to be 34 inches wide, 13.5 inches high and 16 inches deep. The box that arrived was 36 inches wide, 16.5 inches high and 18.5 inches deep. I have called and sent numerous emails to HiFi Sound to try to return the boxes and order the right ones. However, they will not make it right. I would not recommend doing business with HIFI Sound. They do not even have an actual physical address. UPS could not return the boxes to HIFI Sound because they only have a PO Box. My son ended up ordering about $1,000 worth of stero equipment for his new car. We refused to use HIFI Sound because of their poor customer service! They lost out on our purchases and we are telling everyone we know not to order from them!

Follow up: The cost of the boxes was not $24.00. It was $118.00 and I did not order the wrong boxes. You sent the wrong boxes. Further more, no one has offered to refund my money. I couldn't even reach a live person. I couldn't even leave a message because yur mailbox is full. I think your business is not legit. Buyer beware!"
