"I have not received the speakers yet. They are four months late and I have no answers to my emails from more than two weeks and since I ask them for I refund. Worst store I have never seen. Not profesionnal at all. And when they were taking the time to inform me on what is going on they were not even answering my question. My recommandations : never buy anythinf from there."

"I ordered a $60 Fused distribution box. They sent me a cheaper replacement. I emailed their Service Rep Tony and he agreed to accept it back. I was told I would be issued a Return Authorisation (RA) number on Monday 8th Sept. I have still not received this and they have not replied to my emails. I tried the telephone and they hang up.

"I ordered a JL W3 subwoofer from them in may. I received it on time and had it for a week before it blew. I returned it to them, in which I had to pay for the shipping though it says I shouldn't have to on their website! It took me a MONTH to get an RA number because they don't answer there phones nor answer your emails. I sent it out a month ago and did not get a reply until i had to send an email 2 weeks ago to see its status. They inform me it will be shipped out the following Tuesday. I waited till last Tuesday then emailed them back telling them I had not received it. They then inform me its on backorder and it will be a few weeks before I receive it. They have blocked 3 of my phone numbers so I cannot call them. When I talked to them on the phone they said they had to transfer me and i got disconnected and tried calling back and got a message saying"the inbox is full" on 3 different phones, 3 separate times. The only reason Im writing this is because they respond faster on here then they do to emails! Still the problem is not resolved and they have my subwoofer and my money! "

I am very sorry you blew the woofer within days of getting the sub. We do not control user abuse of items. We did however warranty your product for you anyway. Also when we sell items to you at near our cost there is no possible way to pay return shipping to us. For that service I would advise you to use either crutchfield or a local dealer and be prepared to pay at least 2X as much as you did from our store. We provide the best service we possibly can while keeping our prices very low.
