I didn't recieve a confirming E-mail checked my form,I had left a letter out of my email address; Emailed Scott with correct email and asked him to send confirmation there. He emailed me within 3 hours, ON Memorial Day no less. Best customer service I've ever encountered anywhere online.
Order shipped the next day Tuesday; received order on Thursday. "

"I purchased an XP unlock kit, magnifing glass, and a red (pink) LightTape. I received all products in good condition. I was disappointed in the amount of light the red LightTape emitted. It was advertised as an alternative to cold cathode and neon when in fact, it merely GLOWS as opposed to really throwing light...furthermore, when I was removing the tape from my system, the damn light broke (the negitive contact that runs along the side of the tape stayed with the sticky stuff on my case in one small portion)... so now I was stuck with a $20 3" long glowing piece of tape...or so I thought. After emailing Scott explaining my situation, and explaining my disappointment at how weak the glow of the tape was, and the fact that it broke when I was pulling it off my rig, the guy refunded me completely for the tape AND all shipping costs! That is really going WAY out for customer satisfaction. I will certainly be purchasing more stuff from Scott in the future. ...and warning: The LightTape is good for accenting stuff...not for lighting any portion of your case up.

"Great shipping my order went out the same day and i ordered at 1pm. Got here two days later ground on the 29th Ohio to delware. I've ordered once before and no problems there at all. Everything was packed nice. Bubble wrapped. I even ordered a tube of arctic silver. What other place sends you a full page of instructins on how to use it or even cares what you do with it.
