Delivery estimates are accurate. Very professional and responsive. These are high end, quality products and the prices reflect that. "
"I've ordered Kartell Masters chair to use as my work nook chair, to maximize the space I had available. The chair (mustard colour) looks and fits great. And it's actually very comfortable to sit in.
The communication and delivery were also smooth and efficient. They sent out the email letting me know someone had to be present at the delivery to sign, the delivery was timely and packaging adequate for the product.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will use Hive again when looking for modern furniture.

They don't provide a phone number to call for inquiries, only an online form, which I submitted more than once asking for a call back only to receive email responses which were inadequate. When I finally did get someone on the phone, she was aloof and taken aback by my dissatisfaction. Their loss. I was buying for my office, a global company with 300,000 square feet of constantly evolving decor. Could have meant more business for them but I will NOT use them again."

Took forever and was sent the wrong product
As well- I had to go to the effort of calling them & convincing them to add a different headboard (which I paid extra for)
Communication-
I had to call YOU
I was never contacted by the company, even when my order showed up late and wrong
I was NEVER offered a discount for the trouble of poor communication or recipe I g the wrong order
As someone who can afford nice furniture I can honestly say I will not be doing business with them again.
I EXPECT a phone call and apology and compensation when I pay for a product and an sent the wrong one
Very disappointed- will not be doing business with them again
I would encourage buyers to look elsewhere

“after this order had been submitted to the factory, the customer indicated a change of headboard was desired, which was approved and noted by the factory. unfortunately the bed was shipped with the original headboard configuration as ordered but not the later change which was then corrected with a re-shipment with sincere apologies all around and a courtesy rebate. a few different recent attempts to engage on this subject with additional apologies and offers of assistance were not acknowledged by the customer.”
