I order the bird tea kettle. I wasn't notified that it was back-ordered but when I called wondering where it was, everything was handled with grace and generosity. The packaged was express shipped and I had it in time for my party. I am grateful and feel that this was a gesture of "old world customer service"...meaning rarely do businesses have time or the interest in truly caring for their customers in such an appropriate way.

“customer did not make anyone aware of missing parts.... the installation instructions are provided by the manufacturer. we offered further guidance and assistance but customer was unresponsive.”
