"Purchased a racket for my son, listed on their website, three days after I placed the order I get a phone call to let me know the item is no longer available. I quickly checked the website, it was still listed on there. Then they offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to purchase another item instead, so I settled for an item $40 more expensive, and confirmed the order ver the phone. Two more days go by, no confirmation via email or otherwise, so I called again. The lady I spoke with was very nice and apologetic, but turns out the guy I spoke with issued a refund to my initial order instead of replacing with the new one. The day said she will speak with management and they will call me the following morning. No call in the morning, then I decided to purchase the item on amazon (which I should have done to begin with). Finally someone called after another days to ask if I'm still interested in the item, but by that time my amazon order was out for delivery... I wanted to believe that other companies can at least come close to something like amazon, but they have a loooong way to go before I would consider purchasing from them again."
