"I ordered Hoka Gaviota 2 from Holabird. I received an email saying my shipment had been delivered when in fact it was not. I emailed Holabird to inform them. Holabird customer service contacted me by email and phone multiple times to keep me informed as they followed up with the USPS. Two days later the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I will reorder from Holabird again. Thanks to Jane in customer care for her Great service. "
