Credit Worthy

"They cancelled my first order. Holabird Sports won't accept foreign credit cards. But no warning on their website about this.
Why don't you stick to retailing and let Mastercard and Visa worry about peoples credit worthiness!
Still haven't received my order yet. I guess the free shipping means the pack mule will take a month to reach the west coast!

Complicated

"Their process of ordering and returning is a bit more complex than it needs to be. There should't be the extra step of calling customer service to get a return authorization code that then expires within 10 days of calling. "
