"I was sent the correct model but wrong color running shoes I had ordered. After a rather terse and “customer to blame” experience with customer service I was given instructions to return. This then took another day before I received an email with return shipping label. I promptly returned my purchase for refund. Once my return was received it took another week for the refund to be applied to my credit card. Sadly each day I called for a status update I was told it will be processed by end of day. The return process and customer experience is terrible. "

"I ordered a pair of running sneakers from Holabird and paid via PayPal. After about a week, I noticed I never got a shipment confirmation, so I called HB's customer service and was told that the payment wasn't authorized. I'm not sure why that happened, but it would've been nice to get some kind of notification that my order wasn't processed. The sneaker was sold out in my color/size when i tried to re-order over the phone."
