"Recieved a notification of a lead to remove a large oak tree at 4pm. Noticed the lead had come through. Called the customer at 4:32pm to set up a time to bid on the job. Customer told me she had already awarded the project to another contractor last week. When asked she told me she had put in the request for bids over a week ago. Now I am asking myself why I'm sent a new lead today and got charged $40 on a job I can't even bid on. I tried to dispute the charge for a credit and it was denied. Worst system for the contractor ever invented. I hate to think about how much of my hard earned money gets wasted on these scammers every month. If anybody knows of an alternative please say something! The rating I want to give them is negative 5 stars!"

"Horrible. They are a scam. All the leads that I got we're not serious at all. They overcharge for these leads and only let you turn off your leads for two weeks at a time. As soon as you forget to pause them 5 trash leads come flooding in. Usually costing about $300. Don't use them they are horrible"
"After months of being cold called for a service I don’t need or want, and asking to be removed from their list, I got 3 back to back calls today. This is harassment! Today I am filing a police report. The representatives are cussing at me, not listening, and calling back every time after I hang up. I called headquarters and was hung up on. Today I will send a certified complaint and leave bad reviews on any website I can find today. Your company has wasted enough of my time. I will act like it’s my job today to ensure as many people as possible read my bad reviews. "

"What they don't tell you is if you go shopping or exploring on their site and you provide your contact information they send it out to someone paying them to send leads for jobs out. The problem is those working for the company get charge even if your just looking and not serious about your repair or project. It is the biggest scam ever and this company needs to be shut down. I know this personally because I have worked for two different companies that use them for leads an have had the experience of dealing with these bogus leads and trying to get credit on them. 1 out of 10 leads are actual jobs people want done. Most of the time the lead is sent out with incorrect contact information and even though we can't get a hold of the "client" they refuse to credit us for the leads. All they do is drain the checking account of those signed up to receive leads from them. Please post on social media that this company is evil and taking advantage of individuals who are out there trying to earn an honest living. OH and Angie's list is one and the same with Home Advisor so if you request your information on both sites they are making double money off of your requests. DO NOT participate in this !! "

When they tell you they were coming ,they will never show up.They told us they will be there Wed.never showed up ,then it was going to be Thurs.never showed up. Then Fri.,yes you know what happened ,they never showed up.Then when they do come you have to check behind them to make sure it was done right.Ladder was wobbly ,filter was put back in correctly .Couplings on PVC piping lose and liking.This company in my eyes is a complete zero. I recommend to Home Advisor to remove them from their site"

"ATTENTION!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU ON THE PHONE THAT YOU ONLY PAY ONCE IN THE BEGINNING AND THEN YOU PAY FOR EVERY ACCEPTED LEAD. THIS ISN’T TRUE. IN 3 MONTHS I WAS CHARGED JUST UNDER $1,700 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. WHEN I CALLED THEM AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED THEY SAID THEY DON’T DO REFUNDS.
