"Today I requested information about replacing basement windows with the intent of evaluating how they were completed in advance of purchasing more for first and second floor. Yet your pro was Newpro Windows. I would never use them . I had them come for possible roof replacement and they were so over priced. Also their sales tactics were very pressured. The price kept changing . Discount and unreasonable amount of time at the house was very uncomfortable . There were two men who seemed to tag team me into signing. One became dominate and left . He was scary! I could hardly wait to get them out of my home. Upon further investigation of Newpro I find that other people especially the elderly have had the same experience. So when you refer New Pro as your first choice you lose credibility."
