For the third time in the last 2 weeks, I've contacted a "customer lead" that Home Advisor has sent me and the customer has told me they did not request any info. We are charged up front for these leads. As I look at my account........I've tried to reach out to well over 10 more leads in the last 2 weeks and am unable to make contact with the customer. Many of the phone numbers have voice mails that are not setup...........in 2017.....really? RUN............RUN ............RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
