Turns out the repair pro was not vert experienced. Removed the garage door springs, said he had to order new ones and returned or called me back. I tried texting him but his number was inactive. After 3 days l called Homeadvisor and after 30-40mins and 4 different Homeadvisor reps, l was finally connected with a repair pro that rapidly fixed my door. I wasn't to happy with having to deal with being transferred from 1 Homeadvisor rep to another 4 times and having to explain my situation each time, but overall l still believe Homeadvisor is still a great marketplace for finding reliable contractors."
