"Homeadvisor has a new department called "Fixed Pricing Department. They gave me a discounted price of $260 and sent me a repair pro of their choosing. Turns out the repair pro was not vert experienced. Removed the garage door springs, said he had to order new ones and returned or called me back. I tried texting him but his number was inactive. After 3 days l called Homeadvisor and after 30-40mins and 4 different Homeadvisor reps, l was finally connected with a repair pro that rapidly fixed my door. I wasn't to happy with having to deal with being transferred from 1 Homeadvisor rep to another 4 times and having to explain my situation each time, but overall l still believe Homeadvisor is still a great marketplace for finding reliable contractors."
