Apparently, they have it shipped directly from the manufacturer but don't bother to check their inventory. I should have had the item by the weekend and now I will have to order it from somewhere else.
UPDATED: Homeclick called me within 20 minutes of this review and told me their inventory system had issues and that they had called the manufacturer to see how long it would take. I already placed an order with Amazon but I do appreciate the follow up and fact that they tried to remedy the situation. Changing from 1 star to 3 star.
Glad they called because they do have good prices and a lot of great products. So, I may consider ordering with them in the future.
UPDATED - again: Homeclick worked with me and was able to get the same pressure washer shipped from the manufacturer. They even expedited the shipping. They turned a 1-star experience to a 5-star experience! I am definitely going to order from them again!

A homeclick rep called the manufacturer for me to get the estimated ship date, work out expedited shipping, and walked me through the entire process. BUT the most amazing part was when the shipping company made a mistake, and refused to refund the expedited shipping cost, Homeclick still refunded me the money saying they would eat the cost since it wasn't my fault. "Be VERY sure the item description is accurate and the item will do what the description claims it will do. You can return BUT keep the box and original packing materials or you will pay for that in order to return and receive a refund (in our case over $125). We were offered a refund and when we explained the box had been ruined by rain, we were told they would work on it ... after 6 weeks we were notified we would be responsible for that. All this for a swivel/rocker that did indeed swivel but once sitting in it with our grandbaby was more recliner and did not rock. We will not risk ordering again."

I called customer service on Feb 11. I still had no response from these guys. I called and insisted I speak to a manager today 2/25. There still is no resolve. I will not order from them again."

"I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the furniture I've ordered. There have been issues but hopefully, resolvable.
I was a little disappointed to know that "free delivery" meant
drop it on the floor and leave. I think it's a good idea to explain how extensive a job it is to assemble. In my case, the furniture was exceptionally heavy. The table was damaged, good assembly instructions, but so heavy it was almost impossible for two of us to stand it upright. The chairs came with NO instructions at all and missing screws and washers.
Also, it took nearly a month before I got delivery. "
