"The two recliners I received came a few weeks later then expected. However, the e-mail communication from HomeClick was very efficient and informed me about the delay. Both recliners were packed very well, so much so, that I was impressed by it. There were no damages due to shippment. However, I was bit dissapointed that one of the recliners has far more significant leather discoloration in comparison with the other recliner. I just wanted for them to match perfectly. Other than that, I was very pleased with the qulity of the product and the ongoing communication between HomeClick and I."

Charged our credit card over a thousand dollars and then sat on our order for almost a month before my fourth call to them revealed that the items were backordered until at least March. There is really no excuse for doing business this way. I can only hope they go out of business before they cause other customers the heartache they have caused us."
"I ordered a Kickspace Fan heater was told it would ship from the directly from the manufacturer or supplier in 1 to 2 weeks. Almost 4 weeks later I received it but received wrong item, I'm still waiting. It has been over a month and still waiting. Maybe they should find another supplier.

The delivered the wrong product in the wrong size - Do not order any Vigo Product there the have wrong measurement there and you be screw paying almost 250 $ for there mistake.
The company finally agreed to there mistake and refund the full amount"
"Not very satisfied with my experience with Homeclick. I order a bathtub and it arrived chipped at the corner. I did not have the time to return the bathtub and wait a month process for a new bathtub to be resent to me. Therefore I have to accept the defective product.

"I love this very contemporary table which I bought from HomeClick. I also liked the price which was just a little more than half of the price being charged for that same table at Wayfair. When it arrived, my husband put it together with no trouble at all, and it now sits in my living room. Table arrived in perfect condition and within a short time after I ordered it."
"I have ordered from HomeClick twice and each time, I am left with a negative feeling. On my recent order, I ordered a grill, grill stand, and a grill cover. The item was supposed to be shipped on 12/5, I called on 12/3 to request that the order be cancelled. I was told that it takes 24 hours for the order to be cancelled and that it will not shipped. I called 12/4, and was told to wait 24 hours. So, I called on 12/5 and was told the order had already shipped. I do not think the order was ever cancelled. I called and complained, so they offered $100 refund, fine.
The order took 12 days to arrive and when it did, 2 of the items were missing. The invoice said one (1) piece and that is what we signed for, thinking that it is for all 3 items in one box. We had to leave out of town, so we did not get a chance to open the box right away. Three days later, I opened the box and the grill stand and cover was not delivered. I called HomeClick and was told that because I signed for it, that they cannot do anything for me and that I am supposed to eat the costs of $549. Really?
I reached out to the shipping company and they were able to confirm that only one box was received. With that info, I contacted a Customer Service Manager at HomeClick who was able to credit me for the $549. While the outcome was good, I'm still left without a complete grill for more than a month (ordered 11/23) and have been greatly inconvenience by this. I'm currently awaiting for the box and cover from a local vendor. If it wasn't for the shipping company, I don't think I would have gotten my $549 credit back."
