"I normally do not write reviews. The company is just that bad. I ordered a product and I was instructed it was going to ship two days later. 5 days later, I received no response and inquired about the order. They said they would get back to me. Wrong. 8 days later, after contacting them again, they stated they did not have the product in stock.
FYI. They never had the product in stock, but had no problems charging my credit card.
I also offer to post the correspondence between them online(emails), but they threatened legal action"
"I did have some issues with an order I placed because thy ended up being back ordered but their customer service contacted me and made it up to me. They worked with me to find an acceptable solution and to make a long story short I will definitely be ordering from this company again!"
"I placed my order on June 28th, the website stated shipping in 2-3 days. A “pending” charge appeared on my credit card, three days later it was gone and I never received any correspondence from Homeclick.
I placed the order again on July 8th, the site still stating “ships within 2-3 days”.
On July 15th I received an e-mail telling me my order was going to ship the following day, 8 days after placing the order.
On July 18th I received an e-mail telling me my order was going to ship that day, now 10 days after the order was placed.
On July 19th I phoned Homeclick to find out what the status truly was as I was leaving town that day and wouldn’t be back for 10 days. I was informed they sent the July 15th e-mail but showed no record of the July 18th e-mail. I explained my issue, that in fact, if the item did ship on the 18th I would not be here to sign for it and could not have it shipped to be received any earlier than the 29th. The CSR was able to inform me the company sending the item didn’t have any way to ship it to me, from CA to CT. She told me “their guy” was contacting the company today to provide them with the name of a shipping company. She told me she’d contact the manufacturer and if necessary cancel my order and re-order so they wouldn’t ship until the 25th.
I received an e-mail on the 26th telling me my order had shipped on the 25th, it was coming UPS Freight and I was supplied a tracking number.
I went to the UPS site and saw it was to be delivered on the 30th. That morning I called UPS to see if they would estimate a delivery time; after checking their records they asked, “Is this a residence?” When I replied yes I was informed the item could not be delivered until Thursday, August 1st, as that was the first time a lift-gate truck would be available.
I waited 24 days for an item that was supposed to ship in 2-3 days, not even close to good customer service."

My order started out with problems and delivery dates extensions, but the issue was resolved satisfactorily with help from always courteous Homeclick staff. The item has arrived safely and I'm happy with the product. In future I would add a few weeks to delivery dates for items shipped by Freight and not in stock.
