"Cabinet is really nice and high quality. It is definitely sturdy and not just painted plywood! I really appreciate that it came pre-assembled so that was a definite plus! It was in a large padded box and we had no issues with any damage. It was slightly wobbly when I put in my bathroom but I put a small piece of cardboard under one of the legs and it fixed that problem easily. Kinda expensive, but it is definitely beautiful."
"We ordered a toilet from HomeClick. We weren't in a rush, but were ordering before the recently discontinued model we wanted was out of stock. We did note the reviews about how long things can take to get delivered from HomeClick. We also saw how many items arrived broken from another online store. Well, we ordered 2 nights ago and it arrived TODAY! It was delivered during a brief window when nobody was home, so we didn't get to check it while the shipper was still here, and noticed 2 corners of the larger box (base of the toilet) were crushed in about an inch. Well, we need not have worred - inside the very large box, the smaller box containing the toilet was separated on all sides by injected foam in bags - extremely well packed. The tank of the toilet was similarly packed in a protected double-box. Perfect experience (and the price was great, too). "
"This is my second order with Homeclick.com. First time everything was great. This time I ordered an outdoor post light, it shipped on time and in a good condition, but we decided to return because our plans changed. Returning though was not as easy as I expected. First, could not get customer service to return my call. If you select “returns” from the voice menu, you get the machine asking you to leave a message. Left a message, never got a call back. Called again, chose another option, finally received return authorization. Shipped products back on October 8 via fedex, verified delivery next day. Waited a month, no refund on my Visa. Called again. They requested a tracking number (!) Apparently they did not process return, waiting for the tracking number from me. It’s good that I still had those numbers. Finally, got my refund (order amount minus 15% restocking fee). Think twice before you order from them, returning is a royal pain!
Follow-up update. Customer service from the store reached out to me, with apologies, they also refunded the 15% restocking fee to compensate my experience. "

"The Homeclick rep who took my order was great. I really like the appearance of the unit. The delivery was on time BUT I had to pay some men to come help the ONE man that brought it get the unit out of the truck. The American Bath Factory kit is a nightmare to install. The panels are warped on arrival and even with efforts to straighten them, they are so thin they warp on the wall when attached with silicone. The side caps that were included in the kit do not fit. The ABF rep says they will send new ones "ASAP"????? I have had two professional contractors working five full days so far and anticipate at least one more day not including the missing parts. It is costing in excess of $5K to get it installed! The add says installed in one day, what a joke. Ceramic tile would have been creeper and faster!!! "

"Product arrived, which is more than I can say for 2 other products like this that I ordered from other companies. The seat was darker than I expected and doesn't have any type of protective clear coating that I would have expected from a toilet seat either. Plus the cardboard sheet they put in between the lid and the seat to protect the seat left a sheet of paper on the seat that I couldn';t get off. When I tried, it left lighter spots on the seat that look really silly. But considering it was already on the toilet when I noticed it, sending it back wasn't an option :-(
