"Do NOT do business with Homeclick.com They have horrible customer service, lie to their customers and ship defective merchandise.

The item I purchased online was advertised to ship NO LATER than March 15th. I called on March 17th and customer service advised the "manufacturer" lost their PO and it would ship the next day. I called again and finally the item was shipped on March 23rd.

I finally received the item on March 28th and it was defective.

The $427 Hansgrohe Faucet had metal solder drippings on it and could not be missed if actually inspected.

I called Homeclick.com immediately to request a refund. It is almost 3 days later and they still have not provided a prepaid return label or issued the refund.

Thankfully I purchased the item with my AMEX card..so I filed a dispute and got my money back. A big nightmare.

I spent the extra $70.00 and purchased the item from Ferguson..it will be here in a few days. There was no way I would exchange the item with Homeclick...I would be waiting another month for that to happen.

Homeclick is a fraud and the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. A true test of a company is how they handle an issue with their customers..this company gets a big fat "F". I was patient and let them slide on their initial shipping and fulfillment failures but they do not seem to care."
