However, the item did not fit so i need to return it. I have been trying for several days to reach someone about the return but no return call yet.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME! They took my order, said it was in stock, no problem, it'd ship out on Friday.
Friday comes and goes, so I call on Monday. Monday they say the toilet's in, and will go out today. NOT TWENTY MINUTES AFTER I CALLED FOR A STATUS UPDATE, THEY CANCEL MY ORDER!
A complete waste of time! Why would ANYONE deal with these clowns!??
Update, 9/14/2010:
Well, after posting a neg review here, Homeclick got in contact with me. Decided what the heck, and gave them a second shot.
The toilet went out the next day since it was now in stock. Had to get in touch with customer service since the price had changed in the meantime (???), but that went well and I was credited the difference in the price.
Toilet was packed really well; it came in the original Toto box, then had packing material around it, then another box. The UPS guy literally *rolled* the box containing the toilet base up to my house, but no damage because of the packing material. Same deal with the tank -- a roll on the sidewalk leading up to my house. (Gotta love UPS. Hurumph.)
So I'm a happy customer in the end. It took an extra day due to the mix-up, but they did get me what I ordered.

"Terrible. I called the day after I ordered when I checked online and realized they had made 3 separate orders for the same item. It took me a while but I got that cleared up. I waited a month for the order, checking my order status several times online, which always said it would ship on or before a certain date. After that date passed I called and they said they had canceled my order because it was out of stock - even though my customer login said it was to be shipped. Making it even worse, this was for a kitchen faucet and we already had the holes drilled to this faucet's specifications and had to have the plumber on an extra trip since we waited so long.
They still can't get me the faucet and now we're in a bad position and have been waiting to have a working sink in our kitchen for a month while we waited for them to deliver. I'll never use their site again. I called the manufacturer directly and paid extra to try to get something similar enough to fit our pre-drilled holes."

"Some very bad experiences, mixed with very good experiences. Bad news first, my item (glass shower doors by Maax) arrived on my front lawn (not front steps) with the box totally open, gashed on all sides, and all of the components where totally exposed, and they didn't even knock on the door to let us know they had left it (wonder why - no brainer right). So then I spent all night looking through the components to make sure I had received everything, which it didn't (missing 6 components - screws and such). So the next day I ordered the replacement parts from Maax (who questioned me several times if I was really missing the parts) and then I called HomeClick to report the horrible delivery service. I was not thrilled with their initial response "sorry about that, I will inform my supervisor of this issue" given that I had just experience the worst delivery experience ever.
So now for the good news, HomeClick has awesome prices, free delivery, and the order they sent me was correct. Upon writing this initial review, HomeClick contacted me to let me know they really were sorry that the shipment had arrived in such a state. So for my troubles, they provided me with a $25 gift certificate toward anything in their store. So that was nice!
Summary, awesome prices and free delivery. If they can get things worked out with their shipper this store would be great!"

"Had a wonderful experience with Homeclick. Placed a large order with them for Lighting fixtures and the sales rep I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. There was a product from Kichler they didn’t carry and the sales person helped me choose a Hinkley fixture in its place. All the products were delivered as promised and I just installed them this weekend. I will use them on my future purchases."
