"I am very staisfied with our experience/purchase from Homeclick. I was unable to find the sink anywhere else at such a great price. The original sink arrived damaged from the factory.I took pictures of it and sent them to Aimee Malave who arranged for a replacement sink to be sent. I just received it from the shipper and it is in perfect condition. We did have some "bumps" in the process of the return. After contacting Amy about the need for the return, she was ill and out of the office for a couple of days. This delayed the status on our order and we were left in the lurch...having to call back several times to try to "pull" information from your offices. I'm not blaming Aimee...she treated us great...but in her absence the other customer service agents could not really give us a status on what was happening with our order so we spent several anxious days waiting to find out what was happening. If you don't have some sort of information "push" system in place I would recommend that. I had even gotten to the place where I called my credit card company to flag the order until I received the product. The order and receipt process is now complete and I am satisfied with the outcome. I intend to use Homeclick again for any large purchases I may have.

"I just bought an outdoor wall sconce "Augusta 3 - Light Wall Lantern P5912-80" and it arrived with a broken glass.
Okay things happen, no problem. I had my wife call their customer "disservice" number to let them know. She never received a call back.
That evening I had an e-mail, stating that they received the complaint and were now looking into whether the glass could be replaced by the manufacturer or not, and that they would let me know. Well, finally 6 days later I was told that they were sending a new glass replacement for me to install. I was also instructed not to e-mail them regarding this for at least 4-5 days.
After 8 days of waiting I replied back wondering where the replacement glass was and received no reply. The next day the glass showed up, but still no acknowledgement to my follow-up e-mail.
A good business would have issued an RMA number and had another unit on the way as soon as UPS posted the pickup of the broken unit.
Incidentally, they will not post a review from you if it is critical in nature.
