Some of the other places thatI went to were not able to get this product because they did not have it in stock. What little money I saved in buying from them was more than lost in the time my architect had to spend straightening out the order that they failed to completely deliver. Moreover, some of the merchandise was damaged and I'm still trying, so far unsuccessfully, to get them to replace it. "I have made three purchases for various bathroom plumbing fixtures and all have been delivered in a timely fashion. Email notices and shipping tracking numbers were sent upon shipment. Some shipments came in separate partial shipments, but all were delivered and adequately packed.I have read a lot of negative reviews particularly with their customer service which I did not have any reason to deal with, so I cannot comment on that, but as far as my total order which exceeded $3000, all was complete satisfactory."
"I order 4 pieces for my China set. Two of the 4 pieces were delivered timely. I'm still waiting on 2 other pieces for over 4 weeks. The company immediately charges your credit card before they ship, which is pretty crummy. I have contacted customer service 3 time with wait times all exceeding 30 minutes. Additionally, I have e-mailed the customer service and they have failed to reply to any e-mails. Basically, this is the worst experience I have ever had ordering merchandise on-line. Recommend staying away from HOMECLICK. The worst customer service ever!"

"I purchased a gift, shown instock, on 12/14/2005. My credit card was charged the following day. The gift never was sent out. I have been trying to straighten this out since then. After incorrect or no response from other reps, last week I finally got a good customer service rep who cancelled the order for me while I was on the phone. Then today I learned from the cancellation dept that there never was a cancellation - pure baloney - I heard it. Now they say they it is being shipped - again, baloney as 7 days ago when the order was finally cancelled by a human being there, it wasn't even in the queue. So here I am in springtime at the mercy of a company that lies, is incompetent or both. STAY AWAY from them. They are likely to be another belly up dotcom."

Ordered two lamps, tracking indicated 2 shipped. One arrived, quickly, without an invoice. Attempted to inquire about the second, spend two hours on hold one day, 30 minutes the next. Finally got through to request a replacement. By the time the replacement people got back to me 4 days later, the second lamp arrived under a different shipping number, again without an invoice.
Prices are great but don't expect any effective communications."
"I am extremely dissatisfied with this company's business policies. I ordered two lamps from one of this company's providers on 11/14/05. Here it is 2 months later and their telling me it will be 5-6 weeks more. Sure, they include the clause 8-12 weeks for delivery. That is standard with most companies. But, I have never had to wait that long (4 weeks max) for any online delivery. These people give snail mail new meaning. Its a good thing they don't add delivery or shipping charges. Because, they don't deliver.

I spent two hours on hold before reaching a customer service rep, who then told me that the item that I should have received was on back order and that it would be another 5 weeks. When I asked why they didn't inform me, she gave me the excuse that their email system had crashed. The rep was not very helpful. My credit card was charged when the order was placed, NOT shipped, which I was fine with, but when I cancelled the order, I was told it would take at least a week for my card to be credited. They would not send me an immediate email message to confirm my order cancellation."
"I had to cancel my order 48 hours after I placed it because I had measured incorrectly and had ordered a chandelier that would hang too low in my front entry. I called, and although waited on hold for quite awhile, was able to cancel my order without any hassle. I explained why I needed to cancel the order, and the person I spoke to was friendly and quickly cancelled my order, stating it would take 48-72 hours to see the refund on my credit card. A day or two later I even received an email from customer service stating that my order had been cancelled and refund processed. Excellent customer service. I would defniitely shop here again based on their professional customer service department."

I ordered an item that was supposed to ship in 2 to 3 weeks on 9/4. On 9/21 I got the first of 3 successive e-mails stating that the oder would ship within the next 48 hours. two weeks later after 2 phone calls and 2 e-mails I was assured that it would ship by the end of the week and that they would contact me with shipping info. 1 week later the product arrived and it was not the correct item. The packing list was correct but the item was not correct. I e-mailed them immediatly and started the Returns process on their web site. two days later i had no response so I called, this lead to a pattern of promises of getting things taken care of with in 48 hrs and two e-mails promising to help. Fanally after 10 day I called again (the 4th time) and got an RMA number. Two days later I had to call again to get a shipper to come out (using the shipper who was supposed to have all the info based upon my address only) The trucking company arrives and is asking for information I don't have.
I'm now starting the canceling of charges on my credit card and finding the least expensive way to return the product.

Communication via phone is virtually impossible unless have can afford to spend at least 45 minutes on hold. Email is a little better, however, the questions and concerns that I had as to where my order was were never addressed. If you have a choice I would shop elsewhere. "
