"Great prices, reasonable shipping speed, took about 2 weeks to receive my toilet. Came in much faster than they estimated, they said on or before april 24 and I received it on march 28! The packing was superb, received the items in perfect shape. Customer service was very polite, on a previous order they took a 110lb. shipment back with no restocking fee and no shipping charges! I will definitely order from them again."
"I ordered from this company without checking ratings. Never again.... I ordered a kitchen sink. Recieved my order on Feb 12 but the sink which was shipped was not the one I ordered. Immediately called customer service who emailed a return label on Feb 16. Mailed the package back by ups Feb 18 and ups tracking shows they received Feb 20. Two weeks later still have not received a replacement. Have contacted customer service numerous times and each time have been told they are processing the replacement but cannot give me a date of shipment. After two weeks I finally just asked for a credit and was told they couldn't give me one because they were processing replacement. I have contacted Better Business Bureau with a complaint and also placed a dispute on my credit card charge. I would never do business with this company again and only hope I some how get either my replacement or money back for this purchase."
"After reading the reviews here I was skeptical but both places I was looking to order from had about equally bad reviews. HomeClick was cheaper and offered free shipping. I paid with Amex and figured I'm covered if something goes wrong with buying from them. I placed the order which showed the items not in stock and told me it could be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Much to me surprise I got an e-mail 3 days later letting me know that my items had shipped and it gave me the UPS tracking numbers for the boxes.
I initially cringed seeing that my toilet was shipping from New Jersey to Arizona via UPS but my fears were laid to rest when I received the packages. The toilet boxes were double boxed and suspended in the larger box with 'expanding foam in a bag' packing leaving zero room for the inner box to shift around while providing cushion should the outside box get banged around.
The bottom line is this. I bought this same Toto toilet locally about 6 months ago and paid almost twice what it cost me to order it from HomeClick. They filled my order perfect, I got it fast, and most importantly I got it cheap! I'll definitely be ordering from them again."
"I have ordered my Waring Pro MG800 on Novemeber 24, The order took a long time to arrive home about 3 weeks from the date I orders. Then that was a bad order, there were not cutting plates, not sausage attachment ring. Then They asked me to talk to Waring Pro vendor. I have called them, Waring Pro told me that I should get my order re-ship the new one since there were so many missing parts. I have called Homeclick again, they asked me to ship the order back so they can send the new one. However after I shipped the order back to them for 3 more weeks, they still haven't done any thing. I called them again and again, then they said they were talking to vendor to replacement so I have to wait again. Now I still haven't receive my order. Today is Feb 8. The problem is I have just called them again, they still don't know the status of my order. They told me I have to wait for the vendor. They didn't think customer point of view. The purpose of web order is convenient, but I have to go through such "Heart-attack process". I don't think any people should buy stuffs from Homeclick since they handle such a poor job. Now I still haven't been able to receive my order or get my money back, they are still hanging around talking to vendor. HOw long more I have to wait ?, the answer from the support " I don't know "....
How come you can just take customer from credit easy and customer can't get money back easily ?...

I spent over $3000 on a LG refrigerator with this company and consider it the worst money I have ever spent.
One of the products arrived damaged but they have refused to replace it. Passing their responsibility to the manufacturer, who in turn (correctly) point the finger back at HomeClick

"I was very hesitant to order from here based on the reviews, but they had the product I wanted in stock (or so their web site said), the price was lower than anybody else and I wasn't in a rush so if the order went badly I could manage that.
I placed the order on 12/30, right before new year's. I got an email confirmation almost immediately. On 1/2 I got a email saying that the item had shipped, and it had the FedEx tracking number. The only minor frustration was the length of time it took to ship. from 1/2 to 1/9. I've shipped things via FedEx ground before and it usually doesn't take that long, but whatever. I wasn't in a rush.
The item arrived, in perfect condition and with no issues. It was a very smooth transaction. "
"Avoid this site! Homeclick decided that I had purchased items and set up a charge account and charged the purchase to that account while I was still just shopping. I cancelled the order and they sent the goods anyway 4 days after the cancellation. It was difficult to get a return authorization number and then the cost to return this order was almost as much as the the original charge. Dishonest. Dangerous."
"Homeclick.com is a terrible company. Stay away! While they do have pretty good prices, their customer service is a joke. I have been attempting to return a dishwasher that arrived damaged for over three weeks with no success. I have called at least 6 times and I am always told that the "Returns Department" is taking a look at it and will reply to me by email within 48 hours. I have not heard from them once. You can't talk to anyone at the returns department and there is never a supervisor available to discuss the problem. I am left with no choice but to take legal action and spread the word to stay away from this company and their shady practices. "
"A toilet tank cover was defective after opening. A day later an email was sent with zero response. A few days later when contacted via phone attempting to just get a cover replaced and not ship the entire 125 lb toilet I was told after 20 minutes they would try. After 10+ days with no response I sent a fax requesting it be taken care of asap. 10 more days & no response yet I made another phone call and was told they were waiting for me to give them a serial number. How was I to know that??? When I looked for the s/n where they told me and I found multiple numbers and made a call back. This time I was told the s/n had to begin with letter "s" Nothing I had began with "s" so no help. Frustrated I said I wanted to return everything and was then put on hold for 15 minutes. I later contacted Kohler and all they needed was the model and color to ship the cover at no cost. They also said they do not put serial numbers on toilets. PURE IDIOTS AT HOMECLICK = HASSLE "

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered two teak benches.
My credit card was charged at the time of my order, and I was ready for a 4-6 week wait (as they warned of on their website), but my teak benches arrived in less than a week!
I can't say your experience will be the same as mine, but they are at least capable of providing good service."
"Do not believe all their propaganda that customer service comes first at HomeClick.com because this fraudulant organization has a truly wretched return/exchange policy as well as rude/non-responsive customer service. I ordered a $500.00 sink from them and a day later my carpenter told me I needed a larger sink cabinet built then one originally specified. They refused to accept the return even though it hadn't been shipped yet. After receiving less-than intelligent responses from a customer service rep, I asked to speak to her supervisor. He told me he couldn't do anything but he'd talk to his supervisor and get back to me. He never got back to me, and now when I call HomeClick they have no idea who I spoke to and have no record that my issue was escalated. I would have been much better off paying $50 more at Lowe's where they stand by their return policy and try to ensure customer satisfaction. Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase anything from HomeClick.com."

The first was a Verona cooktop item #CTE212F. It took a little longer to arrive than I was told and it arrived by Fed X. I was told it was in stock and I suspect that it was not. It took just over a month to arrive.
The other item was an LG regrigerator model #LRBP1031-T and it was also ordered through Homeclick on the same day. It was sent from the factory to the Homeclick warehouse and then forwarded on to me by Yellow Freight. It arrived in just two weeks. Both items arrived in perfect condition and were well packaged. I was very pleased with the overall service and the support from the people at Homeclick. When I called on the telephone regarding my orders and the tracking numbers, the wait period on the telephone was not long and the information that they provided was helpful. I would purchase from Homeclick again if I were to order online. Mike"
"TERRIBLE customer service, both people and policies! I do a lot of ordering online, and I have NEVER EVER come across a worse experience. I ordered a toilet after hours, once their customer service was already closed (5 pm EST). Due to the poor color swatches online, I realized immediately after I hit the "send" button that I ordered the wrong color. I immediately (within minutes) called their customer service line which said to send an email. I did that, requesting the correct color. On the order, it said that it would ship within 1-2 days. I did not receive any confirmation, either shipping or for the color change. I called customer service 2 days later, only to be informed by a very rude agent that the order shipped "immediately upon placing it," and that I would be responsible for reshipping the order to them AND a restocking fee. I argued that they gave me NO opportunity to change or cancel the order when I placed it, and that they should pay for the return. The agent was literally yelling at me. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW THEIR POLICIES!!! They may be cheaper than most, but there are some serious risks!!!!!"
