"Placed an order for a dinner set on Jan 20, 2009. The shipment was schedule "on or before" Feb 3, 2009. Today it is Feb 12th and no word from them. I called them earlier and they said it would ship the next day. Lie. I call them couple of days later and they said it will ship in 2-3 days. Lie again. The price is low but if you expect the product at the given date then avoid this company. "

"Homeclick's website design and the variety of product is pretty good compare to other online shopping sites I visited. However, what I, as a customer, can't bear with is their delivery is terribly slow. I ordered some shower head/faucet on Jan 14, 3 weeks ago. They charged me at the first day I place my order. But up to today, there is still one item in my order has not been shipped yet without any explaination of why.

I would expect they told me before I placed my order if the product is out of stock, or explained to me what happened, or at least respond to my inquery email. None of above happened.

I can't recommend this site to anybody else because you never know when the product you ordered will show up. Probably will be a surprise after you forgot about your order.

"I was a little nervous ordering from them based on some of the reviews I read, but went ahead and took a chance because of the price. I ordered a Porcher Stanza vanity on Nov. 29. The original estimate was three weeks, but the written estimate was Jan. 5. It actually arrived on 12-17. It's strange that the ratings for this company are so extremely variable. As for me, I am quite satisfied.

"Not a happy experience.
I have ordered an item on December 13-th hoping that it would be delivered before the 24-th. During the order process it turned out that the only available shipping option is ground. After I have completed the order process, I was notified by e-mail that the expected sipping date is December 17-th. This got me worried, so I wrote an e-mail to the customer service asking them if the item will arrive before the 24'th. No reply... I have called them on 15th. The customer service representative told me that the item ships from the manufacturer, so they have no idea when it will ship. And it's not possible to cancel the order since they don't know if the order has shipped already, you can only do a cancelation request. Well, the order has not shipped on time! And now I will have to return it, pay for the return shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Stay away if you want prompt shipping o reasonable customer service.

"Great low prices. DECEIVING DISHONEST ordering system. Don't bother with HomeClick. You, the Consumer, deserve better.

- Order placed online Wed 11/19/2008 (fine china set). Had to call to verify what the set actually includes as website was not clear on it. HomeClick promised to ship by Nov 21st or I can cancel the order.
Money charged to my credit card account immediately.

- Called on Nov 24th AM. My item is still not available. I request cancellation of the order.

- November Nov 24th PM received an email from HomeClick saying that I can't cancel the order because the item has shipped (see below how they worded it).

- Nov 25 AM. I called and requested shipment tracking number. I was told that item has NOT shipped therefore they couldn't provide tracking number. I referred to and questioned about email from yesterday. HomeClick explained that what they meant was that "shipment process has started" which does NOT mean that item has shipped. So basically, we are down to empty semantics - calling things one way when they are really the other. I was told to wait until the end of the day while they are working with their cancellation department and warehouse.

HomeClick: you promised to ship the item by 21st. On 25th you should have pretty darn good idea of where the item is: you either have it or not. You either provide shipment tracking number to your customer or you provide prompt refund. Stop playing the games with those who entrusted you with their money!!!

"Worst customer service & Pro Services = No service. Item was due to ship in 4-5 weeks. Took several 20 minute phone calls after 6 weeks to question. Rep said I was emailed on 10/27 stating a back-order, nearly 4 weeks later. Wrong & I would have cancelled in that case. Then told he would look into the issues and email me the next day. When I asked for a phone call so I would have a better service I was told no that email was all they do. Nothing like a job held up for one item and someone that does not care. Then 3 days later I receive the email stating shipping in another 3 weeks. Overall 10 weeks to maybe receive the item that I was told 4 from the start. No service & then bad service when I looked further. I received 1/2 of the item after 6 weeks. Now, what good is a pedestal sink leg without the sink top? USELESS. Job delayed and more time spent to buy a substitute locally. STAY AWAY from this place as it costs you more in the end. So called "Pro" services is useless also as no real pro could ever do business with them."

"Customer service for Homeclick was extremely bad.

I had a problem with being shipped 2 of the same item, due to a problem on their online store. Even with the mistake being on their end and immediately notifying them of the duplicate order, they were not able to stop the shipment... and then they want me to pay for the shipping!

After multiple calls to their customer service, they were unresponsive. This business needs to learn what great (or even mediocre) customer service is in a hurry. I will not shop at Homeclick again.

"I ordered a Blanco kitchen sink from this company on July 5, I received it on July 17. The email stated I had 3 days to let them know if it was damaged. I opened the box, and inspected the sink and there was no noticiable damage. When the contractor arrived on August 18 to install the countertop and sink and cut the white bands that held the back foam in place, there was a crack under the band on back. I called the company and was informed that it was over the "3" day limit for returns and it was nothing they could do. I called Blanco and found everyone to be very pleasant, not like "Homeclick" and they would honor it under warranty. I will never do business with Homeclick again as they don't care about customer service."

"I bought from Homeclick years ago when I was building my house. Their prices are good. At the time, I ordered some items and the ship date did change a couple of times. I did get the material once they received it. I just ordered a TOTO toilet on Friday 7/25/08. Estimated shipping was early Sept as it was not in stock. I rec'd an email indicating that it was to be delivered 7/31/08. It came on that date and packaged so that it could withstand falling off the truck! Great prices, good products. At times you might have to be patient for out of stock items, but I've always gotten what I ordered."

"Do Not Order From HomeClick!! I placed an order for 2 Tracy Porter Tea for One sets on 3/22/08. The price was great and I wanted them for Mothers Day gifts. The site said the items would be delivered in about 2 weeks. When I received the order confirmation, it gave a ship date of 4/14/08, so I was happy. Well, it is now 5/06/08 & no items have been shipped. My PayPal account was charged immediately after the order was placed. I've received NO e-mail updates from HomeClick. When I called Customer Service I was told someone would call me back with information within 48 hours. No return phone call. No response to e-mail requests for cancellation. This is the absolute worst online ordering experience I've ever had! I've filed a dispute with PayPal but am not feeling good about getting my money back. Do not order from them, no matter how great the prices are!!"

""I will never order from Homeclick again. When I first odered my item, it looked like a great deal, and it was scheduled to ship the next day. It was also very easy to order from the site. I waited patiently for 10 days and went to check the website for the status of my order. It now said that shipping had been delayed. I received no notification about this. The site now said that it was scheduled to ship the first of next month, so then I decided that I really did not want this product and asked to cancel. I sent two emails to them and a week and a half later I finally received a response. They had not listened and just gave me my order status instead, and said it was scheduled to ship in July! (3 months later than I had been told it would arrive to begin with.) I have yet to receive another response from them concerning a refund. It's been like pulling teeth just to get a response at all. If they had just communicated to me what was going on and given me a simple refund right off the bat, everything would have been fine. "

"Perfect transaction! I purchased two toilets from Homeclick. They were carefully packaged and sent via UPS freight from New Jersey to Wisconsin. Even the UPS driver commented on how well the items were prepared for transit. They arrived in one week from my order date in perfect condition. The customer service representatives (CSRs) are also excellent. Immediately after placing the order online, I called to say that I was unable to use an online code good for an additional 5% off. (Turns out it was my mistake as I was leaving out one character.) I was connected with a CSR with very little waiting who was courteous and took my information. She said that she would forward the information to accounting who would decide whether to credit my account or not. She said that the process would probably take two or three business days. This seller already had the best price by far for these items, so I wasn't going to be too upset if the extra 5% was not deducted from my account. Sure enough, three days later I received an email that the 5% was credited to my account. Their website says that they are members of BBB Online. Also, check out the ratings on Bizrate, which are much more positive than here and show a positive trend. In short, I could not have asked for anything more from this company. Every part of the transaction was perfect."
