"Worked with Steve Warren on the order, he was efficient , but first I suggest you do your homework on their web site so that you can discuss the products you desire. I hope their delivery of the oder is reliable and efficient. They do charge your credit card at time of ordering which is not normal business practice. After reading many reviews I am concerned about delivery time, one will just have to wait and see if their service is as good as their staff that takes the order. I have ordered in the past and experienced a damaged dishwasher and the refund for the cancellation took several weeks. We will see what happens with this order????"

"This company does not beleive in customer service. I ordered an internal blower for a gas range and they immediately charged my credit card. It showed up not working, and they claim it is the manufacturer's job to replace per warranty. The manufacturer is not convinced, and I now have to dispute through my credit card. "Placed the order for almost $4000 of appliances, and was told that everything was in-stock and would ship the next day.
Called 3 days later for tracking information, and was given the excuse that "something got held up in shipping."
Next was "billing and shipping address don't match." Too bad they do match.
Next was "our warehouse is under renovation," but when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, the supervisor told me the warehouse was in normal operating condition. When I asked how the renovations were coming along, he replied "what renovations?"
I cancelled the order.
5 days later, no refund has been posted yet, so I call again and ask for a refund. Guy says "I don't know what's going on here. Let me find out what's holding up your refund." I instantly get 2 emails confirming my refund.
5 days later, still no refund to my credit card. Called the card company to see if anything was pending that wasn't showing on the website yet. Nope.
2 weeks in, and down by $4000 still.
The positive reviews on here, if you read them, all seem to be written by the exact same 1 or 2 people. Same style of writing, same format. Scammers."

"I had a good experience last year purchasing a stove and microwave so I went back for a refrigerator. I ordered the refrigerator on 9-7-11 and only received a reply by email that the item was back-ordered for 3-5 days after I contacted them asking for a shipping date since my credit card had already been charged. I called 9-19 with my credit card company on the line and was told the item would ship 9-26. No word so I called again today, 10-4 and was told it would ship Monday, 10-10. I will cancel the order if it doesn't ship on 10-10 and will never shop here again whether I ever see the refrigerator or not.
Finally, 10-17-11, the refrigerator arrived! It wasn't until I posted my review that I saw any action. Steven called and made things happen. Heard all the same excuses as listed, Jewish holiday, though I couldn't find any during this period other than a weekend and a work permitted holiday.
In any case, the unit was received in good condition and in working order. The delivery company was excellent in communication. Overall, the savings wasn't worth the hassle and financially doesn't make sense when the vendor holds onto your money during the struggle."
"I have placed an order for a kitchen appliance from HE. I am still waiting for the product to arrive. The experience of dealing with HE customer service for the delay shipment issue as experienced by previous reviews has gone from unpleasant to satisfactory after getting hold of Steve W. He has ironed out the delivery process and make sure I will be satisfied with the purchase.
I have not received the product yet so again not sure about HE's post delivery service but I will contact Steve W if I have future issue."

"This is the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I ordered a Weber Grill as a surprise for my husband for his Birthday. They immediately charged my credit card (not the usual online retailer practice). When my order did not come in a reasonable amount of time, I emailed them and was told that because I took the free shipping option I had to accept a delayed delivery. They said my grill would ship within 14-21 days of my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and 21 business days(excluding weekend and holidays) before contacting them again. This time I was told that the item had arrived badly damaged from the manufacturer and had to be reordered, but was due in 5 days and would be shipped immediately. I responded telling them that I should have been notified of this immediately and their response (always from a different "customer service" agent) was that it was back ordered and would not ship until 10/11. Again, I was not given this information when it happened, I had to pursue them for it. In the mean time, my husband, whose birthday has come and gone, said he was going to go get himself a new grill. So I was forced to abandon the surprise and tell him I have one on order.
I finally got fed up and went looking for reviews. I wish I had looked here first, I never would have purchased from them. It has not been worth the $75 savings over other stores, especially since I would probably have the grill by now had I ordered elsewhere.
I have now called them and cancelled my order. I demanded that my credit card be credited TODAY with the cost of my purchase. I was told that it would take a week. I told them that that was BS and that if I do not see the credit on my account by close of business tomorrow I will be initiating a charge back through my credit card company and filing a complaint with the BBB (which will be happening anyway).
Do not order from this company unless you enjoy waiting for your fully paid for merchandise for weeks longer than you should have to - please learn from my mistake!"
"I ordered a Weber grill on july 30th and received no communication from the merchant unless I called them. I called at least once a week and was told it would be at my home on monday. It finnaly came to me after I had to settle for a green weber instead of a black just so that i could get it by labor day! still didnt get that on till a week later. i saved $150 but not sure if I would use them ever again. "I think HomeEverything would be a great option, as long as you planned over a month in advance. They have great prices. However, after paying for expedited shipping, my appliances are not going to arrive till way over a month since I placed the order. They reimbursed my expedited shipping and were willing to give me a free warranty for 2 years on my fridge. However, this is all pointless because I had to cancel my order. Their shipping is super slow, they don't give you updates, and every time I called they told me shipping was pushed back 1 week. I'll never shop there again. Extremely disappointed. "

They just dropped the gas range without install the new one and remove the old( I paid the services). I was told they are going to do it at same day.
