"I ordered a wine cooler 5 weeks ago, as an in-stock item, and I have not received it yet. Each time I call, customer service cannot explain the delay, then they gave me a new delivery date. It bothers me that when an item does not ship out as expected, they know the delivery will not be on time, but they don't alert their customer. Today (the third time I've had to call) they said it will ship tomorrow and I have a tracking # now, so that's a good sign. Also, they promised to give us a complimentary 2-year warranty, so I appreciate them trying to fix the problem."

"Just like many of the other reviewers, I was scammed! I bought 3 appliances that were an awesome deal, but after 6 weeks of being told they were on backorder and that they were going to be shipped (and never were), I finally cancelled my order. By then I was quite nervous that I would even get my money back. They promised a refund in 3-5 days, which never came. I was forced to make a dispute claim with my credit card to try and get the money back. Watch out! I thought that I had done my homework in researching their ratings, but now I see many negative reviews. Don't believe the positive ratings! They don't seem to have any idea about what is going on with your order, they don't seem to care, and they make promises that they never keep. Lesson learned...buyer beware. Check BBB...you can see for yourself!"

"This "company" is a joke and you might lose your money when you order from them. I ordered a portable AC unit which was not sent out three weeks after the order was placed. I then cancelled the order a month ago and still have not received my money back. Stay away from this company!"

"DO NOT BUY! I ordered a stove from them on June 6, 2011. Waited 2 weeks w/ not update on my status to call and see what the hold up was. I was told it was on back order and could be 7-14 days to receive. 3 weeks later still no stove. I needed it buy a specific date and finally was told it would be delivered within the time frame needed. The date changed w/ no communication to me about the change only me checking up on the status. Was told it was damaged in route to them and they had to wait for another one to come. I cancelled my order a few days later and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund to my CC. They told me today they mistyped a number. The chances that they mistyped the number and it had the same exp date as my cc is pretty slim. Think they are blowing smoke up my bum! Will wait a few more days then if no refund will call the cc company and get the charge reversed. Customer service was horrible in communicating. I ordered another stove from a competitor and had it in a little over a week. Almost 3 months vs 1 week. hummm...
UPDATE: Still waiting for my cc refund. I was told by my cc company that I needed to wait for 30 days to pass from the time they had promised a refund to file a claim in writing (aug 16) even though I called and cancelled verbally august 1. According to them Visa (my cc used) gives the merchant 30 days to process a refund. Well, it is now past and I am gonna call and file complaint. Wish this nightmare of a shopping experience was over. Hopefully it will be soon.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER - THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY, THEN GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND ABOUT THE SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCT.
8/6 - ordered grill from HE b/c price best online - no inidication of long shipping period or item out of stock
8/8 payment to HE clears my account
8/10 - email from HE that order just now being processed. Order status =ship b/w 8/23 & 8/30 - I emailed HE indicating disappointment
8/11 HE email response: 3-4 weeks is what it takes
Approx. 8/11 - I called customer service to request refund, - would never have ordered with this shipping timeframe. Promised it would arrive following week.
8/17 - no grill, no change of order status. Called Customer Support. Agent resisted request for refund again. Promised would ship 8/18, be recieved by early following week, plus $50 refund in 3-5 days
8/25 (today) - no grill, no refund, order status = N/A. I call customer service. Agent claims it shipped but was sent back b/c damaged. Grill now on order from Weber. He agrees to refund this time, will of course take 2 days to process because "other customers are ahead of me." Really??? He hangs up on me. No grill, lied to by customer service reps., my money held for 3 weeks, and ultimately (assuming I do get my money back, which I'm worrying about having now read these other reviews), I'm back at square 1. Would have been grilling 2-3 weeks ago had I ordered from Amazon. Nearly a month later, I'm out $700, not sure I'll ever see it again, and grilling season is nearly over. At best, this is the worst service ever. At worst, and I fear this is the reality, this company is a scam.

"CRIMINALS. STAY AWAY!!! Refused to return my money or emails after canceling my order the same day I submitted it. They charged my card anyway. They kept saying 3-5 days, 3-5 days. Weeks later they simply stopped responding to my emails. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Someone needs to shut these crooks down."

"What a nightmare. Ordered a dishwasher 6/27 with a promised delivery date of 7/11. On 7/18, still nothing. Was told it was leaving the facility on 7/22. PROMISED delivery by 7/24. Told on 7/24 it was leaving the facility in 3-5 business days. On 7/28 told order shipped and would DEFINITELY be here Aug 1-2. According to tracking info from HE - "order processed" "order shipped" On 8/2 tracking info indicates product TO BE SHIPPED 8/5. Cancelled my order on 8/3. Ordered dishwasher from another seller. Got it within 5 days. Buyer beware!! They charge your credit card on the very day they take your order but you'll never get your stuff! "
