Within a short time I received an e mail confiming my order.Not a cancelation. I called again and told the clerk what happened. She said that she could see where I had canceled it and she would cancel it again.
The next day I received an e mail thanking me for the order and that it was being prepared for shipping.

I am 85 and cannot carry a ladder back to the store. I tried very hard to avoid your making a deliverly. 2 days later the ladder was delivered and refused. What a waist of money!!!!
