"I went to the Gastonia store to view the refrigerator and other stuff. They were very helpful, nice, and professional. The man seemed to know his products. I ordered online. It wouldn't go through. I had to call and get it ordered. She said it was probably because the delivery address and the credit card address was different. There was a misunderstanding about delivery. I have other products that will be delivered to the store. I have a frig that will cbe delivered to the house where wee are moving. Except for not being able to order online, I was very satisfied."

"Four windows were delivered in four boxes. Two had appropriate size boxes and were heavily wrapped in bubble wrap. Two delivered in over-sized boxes. One fit snugly in the bottom of the box, wrapped in bubble wrap and the extra space filled with bubble wrap. The fourth window was placed at an angle with a bit of bubble wrap underneath. When the box was placed correctly all the weight rested on the corner of the window frame, which was vinyl, not being able to support the weight of the entire window. An additional 5 minutes to ensure the window was square in the box would have prevented this damage. Waiting on installer to see if bent corner can be worked around. If not, much of my time will be invested in replacing the damaged window -- all that was needed was an additional 5 minutes on the packer's job."

"Before purchasing the appliance. I provided the measurements of what i have at home. I was told that all dishwashers were a standard size. The delivery people as soon as the came in and saw the space knew that it would not fit. They said it was one inch and hal taller.

The whole order had to be cancelled. Now i can't get my mo ey back for 10 business days and i do not the money to buy a new one."
