"I order 12 cases of an item that had 6 in each case. When I arrived there were 2 cases for a total of 12 items, not the 72 I had ordered. Although I love this convenience, it becomes a detriment when the order is wrong, getting someone in the store to help is timely and the service desk gets confused. When it works right it is GREAT! When it doesn't you waste a lot of time! The site is easy to navigate, stock levels are about 90% accurate, and most of the customer service people are helpful."

Rather than set out for garbage I'd like to give to someone who can use them. "

"Had an extremely difficult time in preparing the on-line order and I am quite computer literate. Finally with help of your customer service the order was mad. Then the confirming email I recvd had the order wrong. Called a second customer service (Both were very good but both complained their own computer was not performing well. Went to the store to get the mcdse and it had been delivered to the wrong store. Bought the item at my store and had to try 3 times to get the original order cancelled. No more on line purchases here. "
