MY daughter and I went to Home Depot she needed flooring, this very nice man name Chris cashier sposol,I want to thank him for being so helpful we needed help, we gave him th sq foot of each room and he told us just what we needed he was just wonderful 100%, I will be back again and hope hes there Iam going to be building a small house and I want him to help me with my floors"

"My company has a commercial revolving account with Home Depot, and the way they have dealt with us on the phone and just the way they manage our account is absolutely unacceptable. They have been taking payments off of our account, and when I call to confront them about it, they talk over me, they put me on hold, transfer me to the main menu, transfer me back to customer service, tell me they're going to send me to someone who can help me and then quite literally leave me on hold for over an hour before I finally hang up. They originally told me that someone in our company contacted Home Depot and asked them to remove the payment from our account, but they could not/would not tell me who it was. The next time I spoke with them, they then changed their story and said it was someone internally in Home Depot who just decided to take money from our account. I've faxed them check copies, I've talked to countless reps, and every time I call I have to start all over again, because no one apparently knows how to make notes on an account. This has been going on for four months and they still have not fixed it, and they have to "do some more research" every single time I contact them. And when they say they will call back, they never do. Our card has been cut off multiple times because they can't figure out how to manage an account. I am just baffled that such a major company behaves this way, beyond the obvious anger at being treated like this as a customer of at least five years on a large account. I would give zero stars if possible."

"Would not order flooring online again. Six boxes left in my driveway on a wooden pallet that I now have a problem getting rid of. Cities and towns no longer pick up these items. Truck driver was not helpful. I'm 69 years old. If I new I would have to schlepp these boxes in the house myself, I would never have ordered online. What if it was raining?? There should be clear notice when you order that anything by UPS freight will be delivered curbside. Driver told me it would cost $100. to bring six boxes of parquet flooring up 4 steps and inside the door. Really???"
