They are very knowledgeable about the location of items in the store, down to the aisle, side and section of that aisle, and can lead me right to whatever item I came in for. I am always greeted with smiles, asked if I need any assistance and if they don't have it, we find it online and order it easily. The online ordering process was very simple and my item arrived days before it was predicted allowing me to get started even sooner on my fun little project to construct a rain barrel. Also, the alerts that my item was ready for pick up were so convenient, took out any guess work or calling I would have had to do on my part to check on it.
