"I like this retailer very much. I live 10 mins. From a lowes store and 50 mins .from home depot. Much rather give my money to home depot. 2 improvements I would like to see. Build a store closer to Easton,md. And I ordered several items from I tenet order. Store had some items and some items were to be shipped to store. I called courtesy desk and left said she would put note to hold items until everything arrived sin e I only wanted to make one trip. She was very accommodating. But I kept getting daily emails that items were there but whole order had not arrived yet. Don't know if they can fix it so notices won't go out until whole order arrives.

"The delivery was to be to our house . The road up was approximately 1500 ft. with two bends/switchbacks. The delivery persons told my son that they could not maneuver the bends. Luckily my son was able to get to use a neighbors pick up truck to portage the refrigerator up to the house. we have had big gravel trucks use the road all the way to the house so couldn't agree with delivery team. We are very pleased with the refrigerator."
