"I have always purchased from Home Depot. My first on line purchases have been in just the last month. Orders went through fine, first delivery was early by a day and the medicine cabinet was safe and sound when it arrived. I am looking forward to tomorrow's deliver of a table top gas grill. It took a day or two longer but came from the West Coast. Lastly I ordered a charcoal smoker that has not shipped yet. The other customers reviews were (and when the smoker arrives will be) very helpful. They all had changes they made to the unit to improve how it works, pretty cool network.
I have shopped in HD in South Philadelphia, Ithaca New York and now Hyannis Ma. The folks in all 3 of those stores have always been helpful and pleasant.

I just received a new e-mail from Home Depot stating that my new order has been cancelled for unknown reasons. My current order #C420751260. I'm working on a total remodel of my home and will be buying several more items over next several months, however, I'm now thinking that I might need to look at other places like Lowes or Amazon.
