"I ordered a 3.5 chest freezer model 203474226 on October 22, 2015 that was delivered to your store in Castle Rock, CO October 22nd, but was damaged so I received a message from Home Depot regarding it's damage and it was being returned to the sender.
My Visa had already been charged. No reorder was placed until I called customer service inquiring about it. That was on the 23rd and was assured it was being reordered that day. I have not received any notice of this or the expected delivery. The order is marked "Delivered" On October 22, I was credited 1 cent. Why?
I want my chest freezer that has been paid for since October 16th. And I want it now.

"My mission was to buy Hampton Bay ceiling fan replacement blades. First the store does not carry an inventory of replacement blades, they just gave me a phone number and said call them. I called and was told they did not have blades for the fan because it was too old. I then went back to the internet and found blades listed through Home Depot. Once I found the product online myself everything went very smoothly. The product was delivered exactly when they said it would be. The people in the store and the parts department in the sky need coaching so they can be more helpful to customers."
