"Last Sept 2021 I ordered a reclining furniture set from Home Gallery which took 5 months to get and despite my anger for the long wait , I gave them a 5 rating because the furniture was beautiful and of good quality and as soon as it was here I was over the anger . I got to enjoy the furniture for a month and a half when the two batteries I purchased aside from the furniture , in case I wanted to rearrange the furniture where there is no outlet the batteries would take care of that . Well the batteries have a label saying , charge every 3 months even if not in use , no problem , after checking to see if they came charged , which they were , plugged them into furniture , 17 days later they died , went to charge them , batteries would not take the charge and both batteries died and burnt out the 2 battery adaptors that came with the furniture . I contact Home Gallery , not only do I have to send them videos of the batteries and adaptors not working which to me was pointless considering I had to mail them back , but after they sent them back to the manufacturer which has to determine first that indeed they are dead , they sent me 2 battery replacements over a month later with NO battery adaptors so I still can't use my furniture because I need the adaptors cause the batteries aren't charged or not working , won't know cause I don't have 2 replacement adaptors . Called them , the manufacturer said I only sent them the batteries , I argue that 4 items were sent , with a post it note stating 2 dead batteries and 2 dead adaptors , the person I speak too tells me the manufacturer said she had to use her own adaptor to plug into the batteries , DUH!!!! , yes you did cause my 2 were dead ! So as of now I'm still waiting for a return label because I was the batteries they sent me were the wrong ones and I have to wait for them to contact the manufacturer to get a return label and from what I'm reading in an email from the manager my 2 batteries are in transit , didn't mention the 2 adaptors , so I know this will not end at the 2 batteries when and if I get them anytime soon . Meanwhile I have a reclining furniture set that doesn't recline without the batteries and adaptors . Sorry this was long "
"Worst experience ever! Do not buy from this store. We ordered a very expensive Bernhardt media console several months ago in October 2021. Finally came in January 2022 and the hinges were off one of the doors. They were not able to fix it onsite so we sent it back. Finally came again 2 weeks ago in mid-April and it looked ok when first delivered. After looking at it for a day, there were areas that were discolored, scratched (one big scratch with discoloration-looks like they tried to buff the scratch out), doors are crooked and there were no hinges to hang the shelves in the inside cabinets. We filed a claim and today, Home Gallery Stores informed us there was nothing they could do- here is their assessment:
"Crooked doors: The reason it's crooked is that the case is not leveled. if you will level the case, the doors will be straight.
Scratches: These are inherent to the product. They all are hand done one at a time and small scratches, as well as other imperfections, should be expected.
Discoloration: This is not a manufacturer's defect. As this issue was not reported during delivery, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier."

"I just bought a dining room set at a local store but needed two more chairs for all the family. I found two identical chairs on the internet at Home Gallery. At first I was told they would be shipped in August. The way the world is now, I was ok with that. Hey, at least it’s not a year. But I don’t as so surprised when the next week, I received an email saying they would be shipped the next week. I have received my chairs and they are perfect. I am so pleased with the quality and service. I will definitely be using again!"

"I spent months and months looking for the prefect art piece for my living room. Something unique, not typical, not overbearing, but still soothing enough to compliment and not compete with the space. I stumbled across this wood art on another site and debated about them for a week and once I settled they raised the price. Thankfully I did some quick internet search and to my surprise Home Gallery offered the same piece of the same quality with an even better sale price. The ETA for the art work came just as promised and with notifications I stayed informed. I'm too happy with the pieces. You can arrange them however you like over and over again. Also I ended up screwing the screws nearly all the way in because it made it pieces easier to adjust to appease my OCDness as an architect. Great Purchase!"
