"BUYER BEWARE!! HOME GALLERY STORES HAS SOME SCAM GOING ON! I ORDERED ONLINE A SOFA ON AUG 24, TO ASSURE THAT I WOULD RECEIVE IT AFTER I CLOSED ON MY NEW CONDO THE WEEK OF 10/24. I WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD. OBVIOUSLY, I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF IT WENT PAST BY A FEW DAYS DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. THE SOFA WAS CONFIRMED IN STOCK AND HAS BEEN IN STOCK EACH TIME I CHECKED SINCE ORDERED, SO THERE WAS NO REASONABLE REASON FOR DELAY. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE 11/3-11/15, BUT THAT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE, TOO. WHEN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE IT WOULD BE BY 11/15, I FINALLY DECIDED THAT THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WOULD ORDER FROM A MORE RELIABLE COMPANY. I ALSO REACHED OUT TO TOV FURNITURE, THE MANUFACTURER, AND WHILE THEY WERE SYMNPATHETIC AND AGREED THIS WAS SO WRONG, THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. SO, I REORDERED A SOFA FROM A COMPANY THAT IS DELIVERING THIS WEEK. NOW, TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, HOME GALLERY STORES IS CHARGING ME A FEE TO CANCEL!!!!! YES!!, YOU READ THAT RIGHT! THEY ARE ROBBING ME OF $530.!!!! FOR SHIPPING (WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED?!?!?!?) AND "RESTOCKING FEE"."

"Make sure you read the terms and conditions prior to ordering...White Glove Delivery came with a piece of furniture delivered it and in assembly they broke it. I wanted to exchange it for a higher quality piece of furniture...they consider this cancellation so instead I paid $1574, received refund of $720. Instead I would have gladly paid them another $2700 for a new piece of furniture and at delivery they could pick up the damaged low quality piece they delivered and damaged. Instead I will buy it from WAYFAIR where I can easily exchange items that are damaged and I don't even have to send them back. Mirrored nightstands damaged WAYFAIR gave me a full refund. Now that's a company I want to do business with not one where the delivery team damages it and will not put right back on the truck to have it returned so I can exchange it. Also, they go under many names so you never know which company is which yes always move those shells it avoids lots of issues for you as a horrible company. REVIEW DONE ON 9/15 because piece not delivered until 9/11/2022"

"Placed order in December of 2021 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER! Also they have taken payment already. Guess they cant afford to place the order to the manufacturer. Tracked down manufacturer. They said they have in stock and should be no reason for delays. But even Coaster furniture couldn't manage a call back. Don't bother with these guys...the COVID excuse can only take you so far. "
