"Was speaking with a sales consultant about a sink and Drain I wanted to order. Got the part #'s after the agent looked up the info. (NEVER was told the sink and/or drain were out of stock) Placed my order later that evening and about an hour after I placed the order I was informed via email that both items were backordered. Opened a ticket and questioned why I was not told by the representative did not inform me of low/no stock on either. I was emailed the following day that the sink was in and "Will be shipped out ASAP". This was on 2/19. I followed up with a rep. on an online chat and was told that the sink was in but the drain was backordered. (Not a problem as I am to have a place come out and template for our kitchen and just needed the sink at this time to give them to return back for when they cut the granite) I again checked on the status Friday 2/21 if the sink had shipped. I was told it gets received and then checked for quality and would ship out Monday 2/24. I was then told the drain would ship with it as it was also in. It is now 2/26 and have not gotten any shipping information or any other update on my order. As of right now the order STILL say 'Backordered'...wth ??? I was planning to order a faucet as the prices seem to be very reasonable but I am so much more willing to pay more to be informed of my order and shipping information. NEVER will I purchase from here again barring any positive experience that may come from this cust. satisfaction survey, but I am not holding my breath.
Since I can't reply to your response let me know who to forward the email I received that states my items were backordered ? Secondly I was just on with online chat and was told yes the items shipped yest. 2/25 then 2 mins after chat started today 2/26 I got an email it shipped...If I log onto my account it says 'backordered'"

After paying for the faucet with my Pay Pal account I received an email stating that the faucet was now out of stock and the new delivery would be 3-4 weeks. I need the faucet now, not in 4 weeks.
