"I ordered a snow joe snow blower. My order was accepted, leaving me to believe I would be getting my snow blower. However, two days later, I received an email advising me this item was out of stock and I would getting a refund. I would have thought that when the last one of this item was sold, someone at that time would have checked on the availability from the manufactuer. (I did and found out they were out of stock and none would be available until Fall).

"I will not be buying from this company again. I had an awful experience with customer service. I ordered a basement fan online (which I think makes a huge difference, make sure to order over the phone if you want to speak to someone in America). After the company delayed processing my order, I called to tell them they needed to rush ship my order because this item was specific for a job that had to be completed on a certain day. I said I was willing to pay for the shipping, but if they could not rush it, then to cancel the order. Their representative told me he would call me back to let me know what could be done. I never received a call, only an email the next day saying my order had shipped. When I went to track the order, I found that it was going to be 4 days late. So I called again to try and cancel the order, which they refused to do. They also would not try to fix the problem for me in any way. At this point I asked speak with a manager. I was then put on hold for 10 mins and finally told that he "wasnt going to be in today"
So I called back 20 minutes later, spoke to a different representative and got the same lack of help. I asked to speak with the manager again and was told he was on a long conference call and could not help me.

I hung up after that. I checked their website for a return policy and it will cost 25% of the order cost as a restocking fee plus $50 in shipping with ends up to be around $80 just to give it back to them. The best part is the item has was promised to arrive, even with the slower shipping method, in 3-5 business days, its been 7. I went and bought same product from a different shop, got it overnighted for $11 bucks. I going to keep the product out of spite because I cant stand the thought of them getting any extra money out of me.

"Sent out defective unit. Customer service is horrible. Instead of sending out a unit that isn't defective they are trying to have me go through warranty. What company does that? I didn't pay for a defective unit I paid for a brand new working unit. Customer service seems to thinks that I should do all the leg work when they are the ones who sent out a defective unit. Maybe better quality control should come out of their warehouse. Over 3 weeks on this problem currently with no resolve."

"The two delivery men were professional and courteous, however, I explained to them I am in the middle of remodeling and had painted furniture pieces everywhere (just painted) in the garage and one of the men set down his clip board right on top of one of the painted pieces. I could not believe that he was oblivious. So, I had to re-do that piece, again."
