"I ordered 2 items. One came promptly and I was extremely satisfied. The 2nd item never came and when I called a month later they said that you couldn't order just 1 of that item. They only came in 12 packs. But the website let me buy just 1! They gave me a refund, so all ended well enough, but I waited a month for something that was never going to come. They were never going to inform me. Weird..."

"Price good-shipped promptly. Delivery remarked the box was damaged and flimsy. Inspected the contents for breakage-none. When assembling, I noticed that there were a lot of scratches and paint loss on the floor lamp. It looked used. It had been returned at least once, maybe more. It was difficult to assemble due to the threading being insufficient. Repackaging for a return would have been a nightmare and no guarantee that I would get a good replacement. I contrived an alternative way to assemble it securely (hours of labor!!) and will paint the pole (I am an artist and have the paints). That will minimize the disaster and I will have a beautiful floor lamp. Not what I had imagined after spending almost 200 for a lamp. Will NEVER buy from Perfect Home again."
