"I ordered one item that I only learned was not in stock several days later that then caused me to miss a sale on the same item from another stock that was delivered to me in 3 days. I am still waiting for delivery for the remaining items on this order. Delivery is slow and to get tracking you have to know your user name and password. Very awkward and time consumming.

UPDATE - Home Perfect items arrived and I received a $10 credit for the difference in price for the toilet holder that I had to purchase elsewhere at a higher price. I am now satisfied. My request would be for Home Perfect to not accept orders for items not in stock when purchased on line.

"Firstly the website said it was offering an additional 15% discount which was not showing up on checkout. Secondly they charged the entire amount to the credit card without giving the additional discount. Next when I called for status of delivery over one week after placing the order, I was told it must be about to happen but I needed to call back. Today I called back, was placed on hold for 10 minutes before connecting to customer service and then had to spend a total of 25 minutes to find that the product was on back order
Noone from Homeperfect ever attempted to contact me on the delivery date. This was going to be a Christmas gift for our daughter. Now we have to look elsewhere

"I paid for merchandise that was supposed to be in stock. After my card was charged two months ago, I was informed that the item was out of stock and could not be shipped until December. I replied that was okay, but they needed to credit my credit card. They did not reply and they did not credit my card. If I do not get the merchandise in the next week, I will contest the payment with the credit card company and file a BBB complaint. I should not be charged until the merchandise ships.5"
