"when i opened the package , all the air bags were deflated so the heavy faucet inside must have shifted alot and i worry something got "damaged" but i wont know till my sink is installed and the faucet as well. also the email updates were good but a little confusing about the ticket. i would still order again because i saved alot of money. great!"
