After 4 days, I had not yet heard from them so called. I was told there is a record of my order and the manufacturer reported the product would be shipped in 2 weeks. If that happens it will be later than I originally expected but earlier than the predicted back order. I hope it arrives soon!"

The customer service rep told me that it had been solved and the product was going to be shipped today, nine days after order but I have not heard of any shipping details yet.
