"I received all products in good condition. I did not receive timely information about the shipping status of my order. When I called about it, I did not receive any information but was told I would receive an email the next day which never came. I emailed the customer service the following day and got a response. Products from manufacturer were packaged fine. Packing for product from Home Perfect was poorly packed but still arrived undamaged however the product box was dented. due to poor packing. I would order from them again."

"After carefully considering several vent-free fireplace packages, I actually added the wrong one to my cart and placed the order. My bad! I wanted the dark walnut mantel cabinet, however, I ordered the unfinished one by mistake. The picture was a finished cabinet in both items but still my mistake. I realized it as soon as I got my confirmation email. I emailed the link and someone in customer service made the "internal" changes on my order. I got an email with shipping order and tracking info from Home Perfect once my order was shipped. It was a heavy item and shipped freight via AM Trucking/Home delivery. I was able to watch my shipped item on AM Trucking website. Now shipping was slow. It was not delivered until 11/12/2013 after being ordered on 10/21/2013. The item was boxed and wooden crated. The freight driver requires a signature and set the skid on the front porch as requested. I finished the assembly and install on the fireplace today and we are happy with it. The item was accurately represented."

"I did not receive the product that I ordered. I ordered a two handed hot and cold, wall mounted, gooseneck, mixing faucet, but what I received was only a cold water pot filler. The item numbers were close, but anyone with any knowledge of what the products were should have caught it, and why it is taking so long now to resolve this is simply baffling. I called about this last week when I first got the shipment. As I was instructed, I then emailed photos of the order pullsheet as well as a photo of the mistaken product that I received, but since then I haven't heard anything further. I would at least just like to know how to ship the mistaken item back, yet the only contact I have seen out of Homeperfect since my initial phone call to them has been this automated survey email asking me about "my experience". If humans were doing their jobs, I would have never received an email asking me about my current overall satisfaction with Home Perfect until this issue was resolved. I just can't understand how an item that has been clearly documented as a mistake on their end is taking them so long just to give me an update on what I should do to return their mistake. If you work in the Construction Industry, you should really think twice about placing an order from this source. If you a buying your wife a new kitchen sink as a Christmas gift and you are ordering it in July, you might be safe. Giving credit where credit is due, their prices look attractive, so I wish they would just get in gear. "

"Order arrived as expected. The website did not update when the items shipped, so I thought they never sent it. Turns out that they did actually ship it relatively quickly, so it arrived about a week later. Might order from them again if the price is low enough. "

"Ordered a wood burning stove on the 8th of Nov.. Says on your site ships 3-4 days. Called home perfect on the 13th to get an idea about the status. You now say it won't ship until the 18th. I e mailed you and asked if there is any way you can move up that date as I really need the stove. You e mailed me back on the 14th telling me "it's on its way to you." Got the shipping ticket and everything. I called on the 18th to get a status. They tell me it just shipped today. You lied to me. Don't appreciate people, especially a business lying to me. For what it's worth, you lost a customer and everyone I come in contact with. Keep lying to people and watch what happens to your business. God bless"
