"Shipping was terrible. I never received any indication as to when I would receive my package. The tracking number provided by Home Perfect for a trucking company was invalid on the trucking company's web site and when I called. The trucking company was not accomodating and wanted me to cancel my job to sit home from 9AM to 5PM to wait for the package and refused to change the shipping address from my house to the job site where the shower pan I ordered was supposed to be installed, since the shipment was so delayed. Finally, I had to cancel a job ($$$) and drive to Maryland (more $$$) to pick up my shower pan from this trucking company. All this hassle, not to mention that I live in New Jersey, ordered a product shipping from New York (2 hours north), and had to drive to Maryland (1.5 hours southwest) to pick it up myself. I would not do this again. I'll pay the extra $20 for a retailer that I know and trust; one that ships right away and provides accurate tracking information, communicates the status of my order while I wait for it, and provides an expected delivery date. This error cost me hundreds of dollars, not to mention made me look bad to my customer as I had to push back the start date."
