"Recently did my first kitchen remodel with my wife and not only did I get the best price I could find both my sink and faucet were shipped out same day and received the next. Everything came perfectly packaged in great condition right to our front door. I used to money I saved to take my wife out on the town. I will be redoing a bathroom soon and needless to say will be using Homeperfect to do so."

"Right from the top I want to say I don’t work for Home Perfect and I am not associated with them in any way. I am simply a customer looking for great prices and good customer support.
For the life of me I couldn’t figure out why Home Perfect was getting all the BAD reviews. Wanting to place an order with them because of their great prices I looked at their reviews first as I always do with any online seller. I came across so many bad comments about Home Perfect that it made me not want to place my order. I fired off an email to their sales department telling them I wanted to place an order but wanted them to explain why they were getting so many negative comments. In a return email from Adam Riccio their Sales Manager he basically told me that they had had some shipping and receiving problems because of hurricane Sandy but they were up and running again. He also told me they have had non-hurricane related issues in the past when it comes to their customer service, however they are working everyday to better themselves and their processes. Well what the heck, I thought I would give them a chance and see if they had actually bettered themselves as Adam had said.
I am glad I did, Home Perfect did a great job taking my order, letting me know if the item was in stock, packaging the item for shipment, giving me a tracking number so I could see where my item was, and letting me know that the item was on it’s way. All this and they beat everyone’s pricing and with free shipping that was received on time. Home Perfect did a PERFECT job with my order and it was a pleasure working with everyone involved and their top notch sales manager Adam. They will be getting my business again soon.

"Received about 1 week after expected. In stock so expected within 2 weeks. Homeperfect can do themselves a favor by letting customers know when to expect merchandise when or shortly after ordering. I never received any notification of when to expect or tracking info. The merchandise just showed up."

We wish to acknowledge how satisfied we have been with Home Perfect.com and their sales representative, Mr. Nico Brunschwig. Mr. Brunschwig proved to be extremely helpful with our purchase of two kitchen faucets. He also kept us informed regularly on the availability and shipping dates for these products. "Please save your time and use another company. Yes they had the best price on the internet. If that's all you care about (and I thought I did) then please buy from here.

I had wanted a boiler to do a gas conversion in my house. It was on backorder but the sales person I spoke with said it was in stock ready to ship. 3 weeks later I get the boiler. Obviously it wasn't in stock. We delayed our gas conversion waiting for the boiler.

During the installation, the plumber realized that a piece was broken. He got a new piece and billed us for it. We immediately contacted home perfect telling them about the broken piece ($75) and providing the appropriate documentation to them. They did not pass the information along until we followed up with two emails and a phone call nearly a month later. After a strongly worded email to customer service, I was told that I can get a refund in exchange for a positive review.

Home perfect, you can keep your $75 and here is your review. I will never EVER purchase from you again and please anyone who is reading this use another vendor. What you pay in the price difference more than makes up for it in the TIME that I've been on the phone and writing emails trying to resolve multiple issues. Oh also, I only get through half the time. Make sure you're on hold (hold music) and they just don't silent hold / hang up on you. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"Extremely satisfied customer. I ordered a Grohe Ladylux faucet and it arrived within 2 days. My salesperson Dave was extemely courteous, friendly, and knowledge about answering my questions on the faucet. Plus, their price was unbeatable! Would definitely be a return customer to Homeperfect!!"

"I had a fantastic experience ordering from home perfect. My sales person, Nico was very knowledgeable and helpful. I actually received the light i ordered damaged, but Nico was on top of it and had it replaced immediately without me having to follow up. I would order from Home Perfect again anytime i need anything plumbing/lighting related for my home. They really took great care of me. "

"I did a complete house remodel last year and was attracted to Homeperfect because of their prices. Needless to say I was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews I read on reseller ratings. After calling, however, and speaking with Adam in the sales department he put my worries to rest. He told everything that was currently in stock and could be shipped right away (this was crucial as certain items the plumber needed immediately) and which items were on backorder and for how long. He was very communicative in letting me know the status and was upfront and honest when a couple of items were delayed due to extended backorder from the manufacturer. All in I spent over 15k with Homeperfect and couldn't be happier with my products or the service. Adam even gave me an extra discount because of the bulk! I recommend Homeperfect for anyone looking to redo their home at an excellent price."

"When I had an issue with my order the customer service department really went the extra mile. I saw some reviews on here less than par and the woman on the phone explained to me that their business was really affected by hurricane sandy as they are in new york. "I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Home Perfect. They really are Perfect! My sales person Nico was very charming and pleasant. He patiently helped me plan my full bathroom renovation. He even gave me a lower price over the phone on a Toto MS950CG#01 Neorest Toilet and Navien Tankless Water Heater. I can't wait to re-do my kitchen with Nico."

"My mistake for not coming to this site sooner and reading reviews. If the price is too good to be true.......

I don't think they have anything in stock, appears they're just a broker for manufacturers.

I also blame myself for not reading the 3,099,137 pages of fine print. Ordered product on 12/29 supposed delivery within 7-10 days (actual or business days?). My electrician is waiting for this to start work on our new house which we're waiting to move into.

I just called to cancel the order that's still "processing". This is the second time I spoke with someone that I'm guessing is in an overseas call center. He said he'd email the manufacturer to cancel the order and let me know within a day if it has been shipped or cancelled, nice more waiting.

I will be more than happy to add another comment with a successful order cancellation, until then, I'm not pleased and I'd advise buyers to spend the extra $50 you'd be saving elsewhere.

UPDATE--Everything has come in since yesterday, one package today. I think they need to be upfront with the fact that once they place the order with the manufacturer it's difficult for them to track.

"So i ordered a part that was listed as in stock and two business days later they charged my credit card and sent me an email saying it was shipped, very nice. Then today i get an email telling they are giving me a refund, i assume this means the order has been cancelled, but no where in the email does it say this. To make sure this is the case I called and talked to customer service, although he was friendly he had no real answers other than I have to wait for a refund and that the order was cancelled."
