"Ordering was simple, but getting updates was quite difficult when you call customer service. You get the run-around instead of just a direct answer as to how long it will take to get your product. However, if you go through sales, you'll get a local person. Keesha helped me out and got my order shipped out quickly after I lost patience with customer service. She was kind and courteous and made efforts to call me instead of me having to call her. The device (HW Heater) itself works great (so far, it's been 3 weeks), and it was a reasonable price."
"The site has some good features and seemingly a good ticket system for issues, but customer service is dismal. My product arrived 22 days after the promised date, and despite four inquiries by the ticket system and two via phone, they never were able to tell me my status of my order. And then, one item arrived damaged and a week has passed by and they have yet to respond to my online ticket or phone requests for a return.
I'm editing this to add: They responded quicker to my written review than my return authorization request, my voice mail or my open ticket in their "customer support" system. I placed a replacement order with another online site and I already have a UPS tracking number for delivery in two days. "
"I submitted a return request via the form on their website on 4/2/2013. The automated response from Home Perfect to my email says I should receive a response within 48-72 hours. Today is 4/8/2013 and I still have not received a response from Home Perfect. So I had to follow-up and call Home Perfect.
Their return policy (especially the part about customer has to pay 25% restocking fee and outbound shipping cost) is not clear. It is not mentioned in the first paragraph under Return Policy where it says returns are accepted within 30 days. I followed instructions to request an RGA number and then was told the 25% restocking fee and outbound shipping fee would be deducted from my return. The website return policy makes it sound like if you follow the proper procedures and obtain and RGA number, you will get a full refund."
"I bought a dryer boost fan from Home Perfect and it was a great experience. I almost missed them because they didn't pop up in the normal google shopping searches. The price was the best on the market, and shipping was faster than the competitors. Item arrived in 3 days using their normal ground shipping. Item was well packed and worked perfectly out of the box!"
"Products are not always in stock, despite the website saying so, and despite calling them to confirm that items are stock before purchasing. They will not tell you that products ship directly from manufacturer at significant time delay (not stock and not ready to ship). When you cancel the order based on manufacturer backorder status, the hold your money until the manufacturer cancels the order back with them. Never again, this outfit is third rate and not forward (honest) about their stock. Additionally, I had to call repeatedly to get status. Big waste of time. Stay away. Additionally, they sent an email a couple days ago stating they would refund, but it has not yet been posted back to my account. It took them about 20 seconds to bill my account, why days to refund my account?????"

"I've searched for a Houzer granite sink and this store came up the least expensive (tax + shipping factored in). They had one in stock as indicated on the webpage. All other stores with a bit higher price were backordered (3-4 wks est. delivery). Home Depot has it for twice the amount, Lowes for a hundred less than HD - boo hisss! 'seems fishy? Since I've never heard of this store I came here to read any available reviews. I'm a bit skeptical after others unsatisfactory experience. I really wanted this sink, and soon. Heck, let me call and find out if they really have it in stock. Yes, there was one available indeed and the CSR was very pleasant, gave her name and ext, and assured me to put a hold on it if I order within the next hour. So I did! 'got a confirmation in 5 mins, a shipment notice in an hour. I checked the webpage again and now it says backordered. The following day (yes, 1 day!) it was in my front door - package and sink intact! I'd probably be flamed for leaving a positive review and accused to be an affiliate. Whatever :)~ ... but 'am a happy camper! "

"I have to admit that I had misunderstood how their shipping works with 2 piece toilets, which started things on the wrong path. In the long run, I had to return the order, which was not easy. As with most companies, they have return policies (and they should). My situation had some unusual details, and I explained these to them. The service (especially from Keesha) was exceptional but firm...she's an employee I'd like to have. I spoke with the owner to get the return shipping charge waived. After a lengthy discussion, he took on that cost even though he wasn't benefitting from a sale. I will definitely do business with Home Perfect in the future.
I think a large part of my positive outcome had to do with being polite and courteous. Try it whenever you have the chance."
"Terrible. I placed an order with this company a month ago, shortly after which I received an email that indicated or implied that the item was not available and that the order was cancelled. So I ordered from another seller. Unfortunately, I did not notice that they charged my account and then shipped the item about a month later. After waiting on hold, being hung up on, and calling back again, they're now telling me that I needed to have cancelled the order. It appears that their customer service is in India...not that that's necessarily a bad thing, but I could barely understand the people I was talking to. And they were of no help. Currently disputing the charge with my CC company. Lots of talk about restocking fees and me paying return shipping. In reading some other reviews here it appears that at least I am not alone.
UPDATE - After leaving this review, I was contacted by a very nice customer service manager who allowed me to return the product without incurring a restocking fee. They also admitted that their communications regarding the order were not completely clear. I still had to pay return shipping, but am satisfied with the resolution."
"Ordered vanity 22 days ago. Was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Still waiting. How weeks in advance do I need to order a vanity????? Contractor is waiting to install. This is holding up my construction. I need a delivery date ASAP.
***UPDATE*** Day 32! they called us on 3/29 to tell us it would be delivered this week. My wife called 9x today, no answers and hangups after she was transfered. I called and they said it's ready for shipment and I will recieve tracking today. I will not hold my breath!

Unfortunately my wife called HomePerfect on 4/5 no less than 9 times. She was transferred to the warehouse several times where no one picked up and she was eventually disconnected. No one could confirm a delivery for her on that day, no one could give her a definitive answer. in her frustration she had me call late afternoon. A gentleman told me it was being packed up and should delivered early the following week. About an hour or two later my wife received a call saying the delivery men were in our driver way. She said wait 5 minutes. When she arrived a few minutes later, they left it with my son who had no idea what it was. We had no opportunity to inspect it as mandated by your company as we were not told when the delivery was coming and every other person gave a different answer. The is by far the worst customer service experience we've had. By sheer luck it was in perfect condition. This was an extremely stressful experience!!!"
"I purchased a sink, strainers, and faucet--all by Blanco--from HomePerfect. My sales rep, Christy, was quite familiar with the models I was interested in, and followed up with me on the status of my order. A couple of items unfortunately were back-ordered, but everything eventually arrived. Overall, I had a good experience with HomePerfect. Customer service was excellent."
"Worst customer service experience in recent memory. One item arrived defective. Home perfect made me call the manufacturer who said the faucet was in fact defective and that Home Perfect should issue an RGA and take it back. I have spent three weeks trying to get that accomplished, each time being told that I would receive a mailing label within 48 hours. It is almost impossible to reach a real person through the voice system if you have a problem and when you do, they are never able to help you and managers are conveniently never available. The entire experience smacks of a company that is dishonest. I have sent five emails, none of which have been returned, and called at least 10 times. On my last call they put me on hold for 51 minutes and then hung up on me. I have given up and have disputed the charge through my credit card company. The $20 I saved buying it through Home Perfect isn't even close to covering my time and frustration dealing with this. Stay far away from Home Perfect.
Edited to add: Don't be fooled by the Home Perfect reply to this review. When I finally did get the RGA letter and label, they had everything screwed up on it. The RGA letter is for the wrong product (not the one that is defective) for the wrong price with the wrong information about why it is defective. I have contacted Home Perfect multiple times AGAIN to try to correct this and again, I have received no reply. I am forced to write a letter of explanation to include in the return and hope all goes well. Fortunately my credit card company provides much better service than Home Perfect. "
