"Do not order from them. I tried to cancel an order within 36 hours of placing it and my emails and calls were ignored until the item had shipped and it was too late to cancel the order. The item was back-ordered and I was 100 percent within their terms and conditions to cancel the order without penalty. They claimed "confusion" about my request to cancel the order as to why the order wasn't cancelled yet they made zero attempt to clarify the "confusion" until the item had conveniently shipped and I would incur a $300 restocking fee! As it turns out, the item was defective and I am now in the process of trying to return it. I have little hope that they will be accommodating."

"I bought a fire clay farmhouse sink. They shipped it fast and unfortunately Fed Ex 'lost' it during transit. Once I found out about that I called them up and they immediately offered to replace the item or give me a refund. Unfortunately by that time it was out of stock but I decided I wanted a replacement and they shipped one promptly after it came in again.
During the whole ordeal I had a real person (Christy) to talk to. She answered all my questions and responded to all my e-mail s very fast. When the sink finally arrived, it was well packaged and looks great."
