"Homeperfect is easily the WORST online company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a shower from them specifically because their site stated that the item would be shipped in "24-48
business hours" which was faster than other online stores offering the same product. A couple days later a brief email was sent by homeperfect stating that the shower I purchased was now back ordered. I immediately called the company with the intentions of cancelling my order, but was persuaded to wait a couple of days because I was assured that they could contact the supplier and ship the item within a week so consequently I made scheduling arrangements with my contractor for this estimated ship date. Another two weeks came and went and I still didn't have the shower. I sent emails (because I could not get through to anyone on the customer service phone lines) and didn't receive a response until a week later and it was a useless one sentence response stating that my order would be shipped in 24 hrs, LIES. Bottom line the customer service reps should have just told me that they could not get the shower delivered in a timely fashion instead of exaggerating about the ship date. I ordered on MARCH 8th and didn't get the shower until APRIL 16TH!!! and this whole time the product page on their site still stated that the item would be shipped within 48 business hours.
I ordered everything else for my renovation at other online stores that were efficient and pleasant to deal with, Homeperfect could use some business lessons from them."

This company has non-existant customer service. Ordered BLANCO sink and faucet for a kitchen remodel in mid-October. Product sat in my garage for a month until ready for install. The Blanco Linus faucet leaked profusely immediately after intall and plumber could not fix. Called HOME (not) PERFECT and was informed due to thirty days passing and being installed I would have to take this up with the manufacturer. I was lead to believe once I had a new factory replacement I could use it as credit against another faucet. Now apparently and rudely made clear by HOME (not even close) PERFECT this will not happen.
Poor customer service will ultimately be this company's demise and deservedly so."

"Would not order again, unrealistic/poor customer service.
I had a bit of difficulty ordering my 2 toilets and faucet- I would say a model number and the representative would pull up a different item all together. This happened 3 times. Finally, I got the order placed. It took a little while to arrive because there had been a confusion over one of the items in the warehouse so I had to call and follow up. Then I received the items on a pallet. The company did say that I needed to open and review the products within 48 hours of receipt but this is completely unrealistic. I am an older female and had to wait a few days for my contractor to open the packaging as the toilet tanks were extremely heavy. Of course, when they opened one of the boxes 4 days after delivery, one of the toilet tanks was broken. Home Perfect declined to repair or replace the toilet or help me in any other way. I am very disappointed in this company and would not order again."

"Just received our Kohler Kitchen Faucet from Home Perfect. Bought with a bit of trepidation given mixed reviews. I called them first to verify that our item was in stock. They provided shipping info when it shipped the next day, and we had our beautiful faucet 6 days after ordering it (and it had to ship across the country). The price was $400 less than the local plumbing supply shop, and $100 under any other internet seller I could locate. THANKS!"
