"At the recommendation of my neighbor, I recently bought a Visonic DL-125C Voice Dialer and two motion sensors for my home alarm system. The sensors worked fine but the dialer did not so I returned the dialer for a replacement. When I didn't hear from the store after about a week, I contacted them and was told it would take about two more weeks to get a replacement dialer. I then asked for a refund so that I could buy a dialer more quickly. After several days, my refund appeared but was $5.75 less than I paid for the dialer, PLUS, it cost me $5.70 postage to return the dialer to them.
